Abstract

본 발명은 가스절연차단기용 플러그인 코넥터의 부분방전 측정장치에 관한 것으로, 종래에는 플러그인 코넥터에 대한 부분방전 시험은 결합 캐패시턴스와 측정 임피던스를 설치하여 플러그인 코넥터 내에서 발생할 수 있는 부분방전을 측정하는 방법에 있어서는 외부 노이즈에 의한 측정감도가 저하될 수 있으며, 불량한 콘덴서를 결합 캐패시턴스로서 사용할 때 콘덴서 내부에서 부분방전이 발생하여 측정에 정확도가 결여되는 문제점이 있었기 때문에, 따라서 본 발명에서는 전극과, 슬리브와, 스트레스 릴리프콘과, 반도전 페이트층과, 케이블과, 차폐쉐스와, 외부 반도전층과, 케이블 절연체와, 접촉자와, 가스절연차단기 탱크벽과, 소켓과, 부분 방전 측정장치의 측정 임피던스부와 결합 캐패시스턴스로 구성되는 플러그인 코넥터에 있어서, 결합 캐패시턴스를 별도로 설치하지 않으며, 전극을 2 개의 절연홈을 포함한 분할된 2개의 반원링으로 형성시키고, 상기 분할된 2개의 반원링의 각각에 리이드 선으로 연결시켜 부분 방전을 측정할 수 있는 측정 임피던스부를 형성함으로서, 상기 플러그인 코넥터에 대한 부분방전 시험을 정확하고 정밀측정하는데 그 특징이 있다.

Description

가스절연차단기용 플러그인 코넥터의 부분방전 측정장치
본 발명은 가스절연차단기용 플러그인 코넥터에 관한 것으로, 특히 결합 캐패시턴스를 별도로 설치하지 않으며 플러그인 코넥터의 부분 방전을 측정하는 측정 임피던스를 형성함으로서, 플러그인 코넥터에 대한 부분방전 시험을 정확하고 정밀측정하게 한 가스절연차단기용 플러그인 코넥터의 부분방전 측정장치에 관한 것이다.
도 1은 일반적인 가스절연 개폐기용 플러그인 코넥터의 구조도로서, 전극(도체)(1)과, 슬리브(2)와, 스트레스 릴리프콘(3)과, 반도전 페이트층(4)과, 케이블(5)과, 차폐쉬스(6)와, 외부 반도전층(7)과, 케이블 절연체(8)와, 접촉자(도체코아)(9)와, 가스절연차단기 탱크벽(10)과, 소켓(에폭시)(11) 등으로 구성되며, 도 2는 종래 플러그인 코넥터의 부분방전 측정장치 구성도로서, 시험전원(21)과, 결합 캐패시턴스(22)와, 소켓부(에폭시)(23)와, 전극(도체)(24)과, 스트레스 릴리프콘(25)과, 상기 전극(24)을 리이드 선(L)으로 연결한 측정임피던스부(26)(Z)와, 데이터 처리부(27)와, 도체(코아도체)(28)로 구성된다. 그리고 도 3은 도 1과 도 2의 전극을 보인 도면으로서, 슬리브(2)에 전극(도체)(1)(24)이 있다.
상기와 같이 구성된 플러그인 코넥터의 부분방전 시험은 공시물과 직렬로 측정 임피던스부(26)(Z)를 연결하고, 이와 병렬로 결합 캐패시턴스(22)를 연결한 후 시험전압을 인가하여 이때 발생하는 부분방전에 의한 전류신호를 측정 임피던스부(26)(Z)를 통하여 측정하는 방법을 이용하고 있다.
그러나, 상기 플러그인 코넥터에 대한 부분방전 시험은 결합 캐패시턴스와 측정 임피던스를 설치하여 플러그인 코넥터 내에서 발생할 수 있는 부분방전을 측정하는 방법에 있어서는 외부 노이즈에 의한 측정감도가 저하될 수 있으며, 불량한 콘덴서를 결합 캐패시턴스로서 사용할 때 콘덴서 내부에서 부분방전이 발생하여 측정에 정확도가 결여되는 문제점이 있었다.
따라서 상기 문제를 해결하기 위한 본 발명은 가스절연차단기용 플러그인 코넥터의 부분방전 측정장치를 설치함으로서, 플러그인 코넥터의 과전확인의 기능과 이 내부에서 발생할 수 있는 부분방전을 측정하는데 그 목적이 있다.
상기 목적을 달성하기 위한 수단으로,
결합 캐패시턴스를 별도로 설치하지 않으며, 전극을 2 개의 절연홈을 포함한 분할된 2개의 반원링으로 형성시키고, 상기 분할된 2개의 반원링의 각각에 리이드 선으로 연결시켜 부분 방전을 측정할 수 있는 측정 임피던스부를 형성함으로서 달성된다.

이하에서 본 발명의 바람직한 실시 예를 첨부된 도면에 의거 상세히 설명하기로 한다.
본 발명의 설명에서 종래와 동일 또는 동등한 부분은 같은 도면부호로 표기하여 설명한다.
도 4는 본 발명의 부분 방전 장치 구성도로서, 시험전원(21)과, 결합 캐패시턴스(22)와, 소켓부(에폭시)(23)와, 전극(도체)(24)과, 스트레스 릴리프콘(25)과, 측정임피던스부(26)(Z)와, 데이터 처리부(27)와, 도체(코아도체)(28)로 구성된 플러그인 코넥터의 부분 방전 측정장치에 있어서,
플러그인 코넥터의 과전확인의 기능과 이 내부에서 발생할 수 있는 부분방전을 측정하기 위해서, 상기 결합 캐패시턴스(22)를 별도로 설치하지 않으며, 상기 전극(1)을 2 개의 절연홈(1b)을 포함한 분할된 2개의 반원링(1a)으로 형성하고, 상기 분할된 2개의 반원링(1a)의 각각에 리이드 선으로 연결시켜 부분 방전을 측정할 수 있는 측정 임피던스부(26a)(Z1,Z2)를 형성시키도록 구성된다.
도 5는 본 발명의 슬리브를 보인 도면으로서, 상기 슬리브(2)의 종단부에 2 개의 반월링(1a) 및 절연홈(1b)을 형성시키고 있다.
도 6은 본 발명의 부분 방전 측정장치의 등가회로도로서, 시험전원(Va)과, 도체-쉐스(sheath)간 임피던스(Zt)와, 도체-전극 1, 2간의 정전용량(C1)(C2)과, 측정임피던스부(26a)(Z1,Z2), 각 전극간의 저항(R)(R Z1,Z2)으로 구성된다.
도 7의 (가),(나)는 본 발명의 측정장치 작동 회로도로서, Id는 부분방전에 의한 전류신호이며, In은 노이즈에 의한 전류신호이다.
상기와 같이 구성된 본 발명에서는 도 4내지 도6에 도시한 바와 같이, 플러그인 코넥터의 부분방전 시험을 위하여 플러그인 코넥터를 구성하고 있는 부품중 슬리브(2)의 상단부, 즉 스트레스 릴리프콘(3)과 맞닿는 부분에 부착되어 있는 과전확인용 전극의 형상을 2개의 반원 링(1a) 형태로 분할시킨 후 이들로 부터 리이드 선(L1,L2)을 뽑아 과전확인의 기능과 더불어 플러그인 코넥터 내부에 발생될 수 있는 부분방전을 측정임피던스부(26a)(Z1,Z2)를 통해 측정할 수 있도록 하였다.
본 발명에서 제안하는 방법은 분할 전극(24a)에 의한 양쪽 부분의 캐패시턴스 성분이 서로 상대 부분의 결합 캐패시턴스(22)로 작용하기 때문에 별도의 결합 캐패시턴스의 설치가 불필요하다. 또한 2개로 분할된 전극(24a)에 각각 측정임피던스부(26a)(Z1,Z2)를 연결하여 두곳에서 감지된 신호의 부호를 서로 비교하여 감지된 신호가 부분방전에 의한 신호인지 외부노이즈로 인한 신호 인지를 판별할 수 있기 때문에 보다 정확하고 정밀한 측정이 가능한 잇점이 있다.
따라서, 가스절연 차단기용 플러그인 코넥터에서의 부분방전 측정을 위하여 플러그인 코넥터의 구성물 중에서 슬리브의 스트레스 릴리프콘과 맛닿는 부분에 삽입되어 있는 링 모양의 과전확인용 전극의 형상을 똑같은 크기로 분할한 반원링(1a) 형태로 변경한다.
한편 분할된 2개의 전극으로 부터 각각 리이드 선(L1,L2)을 외부로 뽑아낸다. 그리고 외부로 뽑아낸 리이드 선(L1,L2)에 부분방전을 측정하기 위한 적당한 측정 임피던스를 각각 연결하고 측정임피던스의 레퍼런스를 접지에 연결한다.
외부에서 공시물에 연결된 케이블 코아와 접지사이에 시험전압을 인가하여 발생되는 부분방전 신호를 측정임피던스를 통하여 측정한다.
본 발명의 측정장치를 이용하여 가스절연 차단기용 플러그인 코넥터에서의 부분방전시험을 실시할 경우, 부분방전 신호가 발생시 발생된 신호 전류의 흐름도와 외부의 노이즈의 영향에 의한 신호의 흐름을 도 7에 나타내고 있다.
상기 도 6과 도 7의 (가)에 도시한 바와 같이 C2에서 부분방전 발생시 Z1과 Z2에서 감지된 신호의 부호가 서로 반대되는 신호가 감지되고, (나)에서 외부 노이즈에 의한 Z1과 Z2에서 감지된 신호의 부호가 같음을 알 수 있다.
더붙여, 측정된 신호의 정밀도와 감도 향상을 위하여 신호를 필터링하거나 증폭시킬 수 있다.
그리고 각각의 측정임피던스에 의해 미지의 신호가 검출될 때 신호의 부호를 이용하여 검출된 신호가 부분방전 신호인지, 혹은 외부 노이즈에 의한 신호인지 판별하므로서 보다 정밀한 측정이 가능하다.
이상에서 설명한 바와 같이 본 발명은 가스절연차단기용 플러그인 코넥터의 측정장치에 결합 캐패시턴스를 별도로 설치하지 않으며 플러그인 코넥터의 부분 방전을 측정하는 측정 임피던스를 형성함으로서, 플러그인 코넥터에 대한 부분방전 시험을 정확하고 정밀측정하게 하는 효과가 있다.

  1. 전극(도체)(1)과, 슬리브(2)와, 스트레스 릴리프콘(3)과, 반도전 페이트층(4)과, 케이블(5)과, 차폐쉐스(6)와, 외부 반도전층(7)과, 케이블 절연체(8)와, 접촉자(도체코아)(9)와, 가스절연차단기 탱크벽(10)과, 소켓(에폭시)(11)과, 부분 방전 측정장치의 측정 임피던스부(26)(Z)와 결합 캐패시스턴스(22)로 구성되는 플러그인 코넥터에 있어서, 플러그인 코넥터의 과전확인의 기능과 이 내부에서 발생할 수 있는 부분방전을 측정하기 위해서, 상기 결합 캐패시턴스(22)를 별도로 설치하지 않으며, 상기 전극(1)을 2 개의 절연홈(1b)을 포함한 분할된 2개의 반원링(1a)으로 형성하고, 상기 분할된 2개의 반원링(1a)의 각각에 리이드 선(L1,L2)으로 연결시켜 부분 방전을 측정할 수 있는 측정 임피던스부(26a)(Z1,Z2)를 형성시킨 것을 특징으로 하는 가스절연차단기용 플러그인 코넥터의 부분방전 측정장치.
