Claims (1)
- 전기투석법에 의한 산폐수를 탈염, 농축하는 방법에 있어서,산폐수의 농도변화에 따른 전기전도도를 측정하고, 두 인자 사이의 상관관계를 검량선으로 나타내는 공정과, 초기 농도와 탈염후 최소농도 사이의 전농도범위에서 각 농도에 대한 한계전류를 측정하는 공정과, 측정된 탈염농도와 한계전류와의 상관관계로 나타나는 기울기 약 0.46인 직선을 하나의 검량선으로 나타내는 공정과, 초기 농도인 약 4500ppm에 해당하는 한졔전류값,4.8A의 0.5-1.0배의 영역에 속하는 전류값인 2.4-4.8A로 일정하게 흘려주는 정전류 처리공정과, 탈염, 농축반응이 진행되어 변화된 탈염액의 농도값에 해당하는 한계전류값에 반응전류값이 접근하면, 그때의 한계전류값의 0.5-1.0배의 전류값으로낮추어 다시 정전류 처리를 하는 공정과, 상기 공정과, 동일한 방법으로 전류를 제어하여 목적하는 탈염액의 농도까지 탈염시키기 위하여 반복적으로 전류강하, 정전류 처리를 하는 공정을포함하여 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 전기투석장치의 효율적인 운전방법.
