Abstract

본 고안은, 케이블류 호스류 또는 튜브류와 같은 큰하중이 걸리지 않는 것을 클립 브라켓에 끼워 차체 또는 샤시 프레임에 체결할 때 사용하는 클립 체결용 로커(locker)핀에 관한 것으로 특히 핀의 몸통부 소정의 위치에 대향되도록 로크편을 출몰되게 설치하여 공구없이도 클립 브라켓을 프레임에 간편하게 탈장착할 수 있게 한 것으로 그 구성은 둥근머리(1)와 몸통부(2)로 구성되어 차체 또는 샤시 프레임에 체결용으로 사용되는 통상의 핀에 있어서, 상기 핀의 몸통부(2) 외주연 소정의 위치에 대향되도록 사각구멍(3)을 형성하고 몸통부(2) 일단부에는 홈(4)을 형성하는 한편, 한쌍의 로크편(6)을 서로 대칭되게 위치시켜 그 사이에 압축 코일 스프링(5)을 설치한 것을 상기의 홈(4)으로 삽설하여 로크편(6)이 상기 양측의 사각구멍(3)으로 각각 돌출되도록함을 특징으로한 클립 체결용 로커(locker)핀.

Description

클립 체결용 로커(locker) 어셈블리
본 고안은, 케이블류 호스류 또는 튜브류와 같은 큰하중이 걸리지않는 것을 클립 브라켓에 끼워 차체 또는 샤시 프레임에 체결할 때 사용하는 클립 체결용 로커(locker)핀에 관한 것으로 특히 핀의 몸통부 소정의 위치에 대향되도록 로크편을 출몰되게 설치하여 공구없이도 클립 브랏켓을 프레임에 간편하게 탈장착할 수 있게한 것이다.
종래에는 제1도에 도시된 바와 같이 튜브류, 호스류 또는 케이블류(50)와 같은 큰하중이 걸리지않는 것을 클립 브라켓(51)에 끼워 차체 또는 샤시 프레임(52)에 체결할 때에는 볼트(100)와 너트(101)를 사용하여 체결하여 왔다.
이와같은 종래의 구성으로 클립 브라켓을 프레임에 체결할 때에는 스페너나 인팩트렌치와 같은 공구를 사용하여야하므로 번거로움이 있었을 뿐만 아니라 탈장착 시간도 많이 걸려 작업능률이 저하되는 문제점이 있었다.
상기와 같은 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 둥근머리와 몸통부로 구성되어 차체 또는 샤시 프레임에 체결용으로 사용되는 핀의 몸통부 외주연 소정의 위치에 서로 대향되도록 사각구멍을 형성하고, 몸통부 일단부에서 내부까지 홈을 형성하여 스프링이 탄설된 양 로크편을 상기 양측의 사각구멍으로 각각 돌출되도록함을 특징으로한 클립 체결용 로커(locker)핀을 제공하므로서 목적은 달성된다.

이하, 본 고안의 바람직한 구성 및 작용·효과를 첨부된 도면에 따라서 상세히 설명한다.
도2는 본 고안에 따른 사용 상태를 나 타낸 구성도이고 도3은 본 고안을 부분 절단한 종단면도이며 도4는 도3의 A-A선 부분의 단면도로서 둥근머리(1)와 몸통부(2)로 구성되어 차체 또는 샤시 프레임에 체결용으로 사용되는 통상의 핀에 있어서, 상기 핀의 몸통부(2) 외주연 소정의 위치에 서로 대향되도록 사각구멍(3)을 형성하고 몸통부(2)의 끝단부에는 로크편(6)이 삽설될 수 있는 홈(4)을 형성하는 한편, 한쌍의형의 로크편(6)을 대향되도록 위치한다음 그 사이에 압축 코일 스프링(5)을 설치한 것을 상기의 홈(4)으로 삽설시켜 로크편(6)을 상기 양측의 사각구멍(3)으로 각각 돌출되도록한 구성이다.
상기의 로크편(6)이 하부에는 압축 코일 스프링(5)이 걸려 이탈되지 않도록 돌기(7)가 형성된 구성이다.
상기 로크편(4)을 핀의 몸통부(2)에 결합했을 때 핀의 머리부(1)쪽은 걸림턱(6a)이 형성되게끔 돌출되고 반대쪽은 핀의 몸통부(2)의 외주면과 동일면을 이루도록 경사진 구성이다.
이와 같이 구성된 본 고안은 도3에 도시된 바와같이 케이블류(50)가 끼워진 클립 브라켓(51)에 천공된 구멍과 프레임(52)의 구멍을 일치시켜 놓고 본 고안인 로커(8)를 끼워넣을 때 로크편(6)이 경사면으로 통과될 때에는 압축 코일 스프링(6)이 압축되면서 로크편(6)은 몸통부(2) 안쪽으로 들어가고 경사면을 다 통과했을 때에는 압축 코일 스프링(5)이 탄발력으로 로크편(6)은 출몰됨과 동시에 걸림턱(6a)에 걸려 고정된다.
이와같이 구성된 본 고안은, 클립 브라켓을 프레임에 체결할 때 사용되는 볼트, 너트 보다 가격을 다운시킬 수 있고 또한 별도의 공구없이도 손으로 간편하게 탈장착할 수 있어 작업효율을 높일 수 있게한 것이다.
본 고안은, 케이블류 호스류 또는 튜브류와 같은 큰하중이 걸리지않는 것을 클립 브라켓에 끼워 차체 또는 샤시 프레임에 체결할 때 스페너나 인펙트 렌치와 같은 공구를 사용하지 않고 손으로 간편하게 탈장착할 수 있는 클립 체결용 로커(locker)핀을 제공하여 작업 효율을 높일 수 있게한데 목적을 둔 것이다.

Claims (3)

  1. 둥근머리(1)와 몸통부(2)로 구성되어 차체 또는 샤시 프레임에 체결용으로 사용되는 통상의 핀에 있어서,
    상기 핀의 몸통부(2) 외주연 소정의 위치에 대향되도록 사각구멍(3)을 형성하고 몸통부(2)의 일단부에는 홈(4)을 형성하는 한편, 한쌍의 로크편(6)을 서로 대칭되게 위치시켜 그 사이에 압축 코일 스프링(5)을 설치한 것을 상기의 홈(4)으로 삽설하여 로크편(6)이 상기 양측의 사각구멍(3)으로 각각 돌출되도록함을 특징으로한 클립 체결용 로커(locker)핀.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기의 로크편(6)은 스프링(5)의 탄발력에 의해 사각구멍(3)으로 출몰되도록 함을 특징으로한 클립 체결용 로커(locker)핀.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 로크편(6)은 핀의 둥근머리(1)쪽을 향하여 걸림턱(6a)을 형성하고 반대쪽은 핀의 몸통부(2)의 외주면과 동일면을 이루도록형으로 형성됨을 특징으로한 클립 체결용 로커(locker)핀.
