[실시예 1]Example 1

PE 40중량% 및 EL 60중량%로 구성된 폴리올레핀 화합물 100중량부에 대하여 MF(1) 120중량부, MF(2) 120중량부, FR(1) 90중량부, FR(2) 30중량부, AO 1중량부, WAX 10중량부를 온도 조절이 되는 건식 혼합기(헨셀믹서)에서 혼합한 다음, 이축압출기를 사용하여 용융 혼합하였다. 이축압출기의 배럴(Barrel)은 10개 부분으로 온도 조절이 가능하도록 되어 있으며, 온도 범위는 180~230℃, 스크류 회전 속도는 200~230rpm으로 조절하였다. 압출기의 다이(Die)를 거친 스트랜드(Strand)를 냉각수조에서 냉각시키고, 펠렛타이저에 의하여 2차 가공이 용이한 펠렛 형태로 절단하였다. 이들 펠렛을 압축 성형기(IKEGAI, 스크류 직경 : 65㎜를 이용하여 시트를 성형, 인장특성 시험, 내한성 시험, 난연성 시험 및 방음성 시험용 시편을 제작하였다. 압출성형된 시편을 제작하였다. 압출 성형된 시편은 다음과 같은 시험 방법에 의하여 물리적 특성을 측정하였다.120 parts by weight of MF (1), 120 parts by weight of MF (2), 90 parts by weight of FR (1), 30 parts by weight of FR (2), based on 100 parts by weight of a polyolefin compound composed of 40% by weight of PE and 60% by weight of EL, 1 part by weight of AO and 10 parts by weight of WAX were mixed in a dry mixer (Hensel mixer) having a temperature control, followed by melt mixing using a twin screw extruder. 물성 측정 결과에 있어서 인장특성은 조성물의 강인성과 관련된 인자로서 인장강도와 신장율의 적절한 조화를 이루는 것이 바람직하다. 내한성은 일정온도하에서 조성물의 형상 유지 특성을 나타내고, 난연성은 조성물의 자기소화성을 나타내는 척도로서 V0가 V2에 비해서 자기소화성이 우수함을 그리고 가연성은 자기소화성이 없는 것을 나타낸다. 음향전달 손실(dB)은 조성물의 주파수에 따른 소음 방지 효과를 나타내는 척도로서 이 값이 클수록 방음효과가 우수하다. 상기와 같이 조성물의 특성을 측정한 결과는 하기 표 1과 같았다.In the measurement results of the physical properties, the tensile property is a factor related to the toughness of the composition. 본 발명의 수지 조성물은 탄성중합체 및 폴리에틸렌 왁스를 첨가함으로써 다량의 무기 충전제가 혼합된 경우에 있어서도 우수한 형상유지성과 주파수에 따른 음향 전달 손실이 큼으로써 소음 방지 효과가 우수하였으며, 난연성 첨가제를 적절히 배합함으로써 용융 낙하가 일어나지않고 난연성이 유지됨을 알 수 있었다. 따라서 가연성 재료의 내한성, 내구성, 내열성, 기계적 특성을 지니면서, 연소시 용융낙하가 없는 UL 94 V0등급의 난연성을 가지고, 일반 폴리에틸렌 수지와는 달리 형상유지성(치수안정성)과 압출 성형시 유동성, 가공성 및 방음성이 우수한 카펫트 백킹제 및 자동차용 방음재로 사용할 수 있는 것이다.The resin composition of the present invention was excellent in noise-preserving effect due to its excellent shape retention and high acoustic transmission loss according to frequency even when a large amount of inorganic filler was mixed by adding an elastomer and polyethylene wax.
