본 고안은 휀더에 범퍼를 조립할 때에 작업자가 쉽게 조립 위치를 확보할 수 있는 범퍼와 휀더의 조립구조에 관한 것으로서, 범퍼 상부 일측면에 로케이션 핀을 돌출 형성하고, 상기 로케이션 핀과 서로 대응되는 휀더의 하부 일측면에는 로케이션 홈을 형성하며, 상기 로케이션 핀이 로케이션 홈에 삽입되어 지지되도록 상기 로케이션 핀 상부에 탄성 걸림턱을 구성하여, 작업자가 단순히 볼트결합 작업만으로 결합시켜 작업능률이 올라감은 물론, 종래에 작업후 흔히 나타나는 결합불량 또한 줄일 수 있으며, AS교환시도 작업이 용이하여 정비성을 향상시킬 수 있게 하였다.The present invention relates to an assembly structure of a bumper and a fender that can be easily secured by the operator when assembling the bumper to the fender, and protruding a location pin on one side of the bumper, the location pin and the corresponding fender A location groove is formed on one side of the lower side, and an elastic locking jaw is formed on the location pin so that the location pin is inserted into and supported by the location groove.
