Abstract

본 고안은 특히 야간에 후방진행 차량의 추돌을 방지하기 위한 트럭의 추돌 경고 표시장치에 관한 것으로, 더 상세히는 도로상에서 트럭이 고장났을 때나 화물적재시 추돌경고 및 진행방향을 유도할 수 있도록 한 트럭의 추돌 경고 표시장치에 관한 것이다.
본 고안은, 다수의 전구(11)가 화살표 모양으로 배치되게 하우징(12)과 투명한 표시판(13)에 내장되어 적재함(A)의 배면에 장착되는 표시부(10)와, 상기 일련의 전구(11)를 점멸하기 위한 순차점멸기(20)와, 상기 일련의 전구(11)와 상기 순차점멸기(20)에 접속되고 배터리 전원(30)과 접속시켜 운전석의 임의 위치에 설치되는 스위치(40)로 구성한 것에 그 특징이 있다.

Description

트럭의 추돌 경고 표시장치
본 고안은 특히 야간에 후방진행 차량의 추돌을 방지하기 위한 트럭의 추돌 경고 표시장치에 관한 것으로, 더 상세히는 도로상에서 트럭이 고장났을 때나 화물적재시 추돌경고 및 진행방향을 유도할 수 있도록 한 트럭의 추돌 경고 표시장치에 관한 것이다.
일반적으로 노상에서 차량이 고장이 나서 정차하고 있을 때 후방 진행차량의 추돌을 방지하기 위하여 비상등을 점등시키며, 상황에 따라 차량에 비치된 삼각표시판을 사용하고 있다.
그런데, 트럭의 경우 적재함의 도어를 열게 되면 비상등이 도어에 가려져 무용지물이 된다. 예를들어 야간에 노상에서 화물을 적재할 때 후방 진행차량의 운전자가 비상등의 점멸상태를 볼 수 없어 사고 위험이 있었다.
그리고 삼각표시판의 경우에는 그 크기가 작고 야광물질의 발광작용에 의존하므로 쉽게 눈에 띄지 않으며, 사용이 번거롭고 사용시에도 적정한 거리에 세워 놓지 않는 경우가 많아 추돌사고를 일으키는 일이 있었다.
이러한 점을 감안한 본 고안은, 사용이 편리하고 후방진행 차량이 쉽게 인지할 수 있게 적재함의 도어에 후방진행 차량에 대해서 추돌경고 및 진행방향을 유도하는 트럭의 추돌 경고 표시장치를 설치하고자 한다.

본 고안은, 다수의 전구(11)가 화살표 모양으로 배치되게 하우징(12)과 투명한 표시판(13)에 내장되어 적재함(A)의 배면에 장착되는 표시부(10)와, 상기 일련의 전구(11)를 점멸하기 위한 순차점멸기(20)와, 상기 일련의 전구(11)와 상기 순차점멸기(20)에 접속되고 배터리 전원(30)과 접속시켜 운전석의 임의 위치에 설치되는 스위치(40)로 구성한 것에 그 특징이 있다.
본 고안의 또다른 특징은 상기 표시판(13)의 표면에 야광물질을 도포하여 화살표 표시(13a)를 한 것에 있다.
이하, 본 고안의 바람직한 실시예를 첨부된 도면을 참조하여 상세히 설명한다.
도 1 은 본 고안에 따른 추돌 경고 표시장치의 구성도이고, 도 2 는 본 고안에 따른 추돌 경고 표시장치의 작동상태 사시도이다.
도 1 에 도시한 바와같이, 표시부(10)는 다수의 전구(11), 하우징(12), 그리고 표시판(13)으로 이루어져 있다. 상기한 일련의 전구(11)는 하우징(12)의 전면에 화살표 모양을 이루도록 배치된다. 이때 화살표는 촤측을 가리키도록 한다. 표시판(13)은 아크릴 등 빛이 투과할 수 있는 소재를 사용하여 전구(11)가 내장되도록 하우징(12)과 결합하여 적재함(A)의 도어(A1) 내면에 가로방향으로 설치하면 된다. 이 표시판(13)은 외부의 빛에 의해서도 인식할 수 있도록 표면에 야광물질로 화살표 표시(13a)를 하는 것이 바람직하다.
순차점멸기(20)는 간판이나 네온사인에 흔히 사용하는 것으로, 회로구성에 의하여 전구(11)의 점멸을 순서적으로 제어하여 시각적인 효과를 높여준다.
스위치(40)는 전구(11)와 순차점멸기(20)와 배터리 전원(30)에 전기적으로 접속하여 운전자가 조작하기에 편리한 위치에 설치하면 된다.
이와같이 설치된 본 고안은, 도 2 에 도시한 바와같이, 노상에서 차량이 고장이 나서 정차하고 있을 때나 화물을 적재할 때 스위치(40)를 온시키고 적재함(A)의 도어(A1)를 열면 표시부(10)의 전구(11)가 점멸하게된다. 본 고안의 사용시 주간은 물론 특히 야간에 후방 진행차량의 운전자에게 확연하게 경고표시를 할 수 있으며 표시부(10)의 화살표 표시(13a)가 선명하게 발광하므로 후방진행 차량을 안전하게 유도할 수 있다.
만약, 전구(11)가 끊어지거나 단선이 되더라도 표시판(13)의 표면에 화살표 표시(13a)가 외부 빛에 의하여 발광하므로 그 기능을 부차적으로 유지할 수 있다.
상술한 바와같이, 본 고안은 스위치(40) 조작에 의하여 경고표시를 할 수 있으므로 사용이 편리하고, 후방진행 차량이 쉽게 인지할 수 있게 적재함(A)의 도어(A1)에 전구(11)의 점멸에 의하여 후방진행 차량에 대하여 추돌경고 및 진행방향을 유도하므로 안전성이 높아지는 장점도 있다.

  1. 다수의 전구(11)가 화살표 모양으로 배치되게 하우징(12)과 투명한 표시판(13)에 내장되어 적재함(A)의 배면에 장착되는 표시부(10)와, 상기 일련의 전구(11)를 점멸하기 위한 순차점멸기(20)와, 상기 일련의 전구(11)와 상기 순차점멸기(20)에 접속되고 배터리 전원(30)과 접속시켜 운전석의 임의 위치에 설치되는 스위치(40)로 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 트럭의 추돌 경고 표시장치
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 표시판(13)의 표면에 야광물질을 도포하여 화살표 표시(13a)를 한 것을 특징으로 하는 트럭의 추돌 경고 표시장치
