Claims (19)
- 제1 영역에 형성되고 제1 체적의 시료를 각각 수용하도록 구성된 복수의 마이크로-웰 및 제2 영역에 형성되고 제2 체적의 시료를 각각 수용하도록 구성된 복수의 매크로-웰을 포함하는 하이브리드 PCR 카트리지용 웰 어레이; 및
상면에 상기 하이브리드 PCR 카트리지용 웰 어레이가 배치되는 CMOS 포토센서를 포함하고,
상기 제1 영역은 실시간 디지털 PCR용 웰 영역이고, 상기 제2 영역은 실시간 PCR용 웰 영역이며,
상기 제2 영역의 상기 복수의 매크로-웰은 n개로 마련되어 n개의 타겟 반응이 개별적으로 일어나고, 상기 n개의 타겟 반응 중 임의로 선택된 하나의 타겟 반응을 기준 타겟 반응으로 하고,
상기 복수의 마이크로-웰에는 상기 기준 타겟 반응과 동일한 타겟 반응이 일어나며,
상기 기준 타겟 반응이 일어난 매크로-웰에서 측정된 데이터로부터 임계 사이클값(CT) X0를 획득하고, 상기 복수의 마이크로-웰에서 측정된 데이터로 산출된 절대 정량 카피 수 Y0를 획득하고,
상기 복수의 매크로-웰 중에서 상기 기준 타겟 반응이 일어나지 않은 다른 하나의 매크로-웰에서 측정된 데이터에서 임계 사이클 값 Xn을 획득하며,
상기 X0와 Y0의 관계를 근거로, 상기 Xn에 대한 상대 정량 카피 수 Yn을 예측하는 것인 하이브리드 PCR 카트리지. - 삭제

- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 복수의 매크로-웰의 높이와 상기 복수의 마이크로-웰들 각각의 높이는 동일한 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 PCR 카트리지.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 복수의 매크로-웰에 제1 수용부를 형성하기 위해 균일하게 형성된 복수의 파티션들을 더 포함하고,
상기 제1 수용부의 폭은 상기 복수의 마이크로-웰들 각각의 폭과 동일한 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 PCR 카트리지. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 복수의 매크로-웰에 제1 수용부를 형성하기 위해 균일하게 형성된 복수의 파티션들을 더 포함하고,
상기 제1 수용부의 폭은 상기 복수의 마이크로-웰들 각각의 폭과 상이한 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 PCR 카트리지. - 제8항 또는 제9항에 있어서, 상기 파티션들 각각의 높이는 상기 복수의 마이크로-웰들 각각의 높이보다 낮은 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 PCR 카트리지.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 복수의 매크로-웰에 제1 수용부 및 제2 수용부를 형성하기 위해 국부적으로 형성된 복수의 파티션들을 더 포함하고,
상기 제1 수용부의 폭은 상기 복수의 마이크로-웰들 각각의 폭과 동일하고,
상기 제2 수용부의 폭은 상기 제1 수용부의 폭보다 큰 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 PCR 카트리지. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 복수의 매크로-웰에 제1 수용부 및 제2 수용부를 형성하기 위해 국부적으로 형성된 복수의 파티션들을 더 포함하고,
상기 제1 수용부의 폭은 상기 복수의 마이크로-웰들 각각의 폭과 상이하고,
상기 제2 수용부의 폭은 상기 제1 수용부의 폭보다 큰 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 PCR 카트리지. - 제11항 또는 제12항에 있어서, 상기 복수의 매크로-웰의 높이는 상기 복수의 마이크로-웰들의 높이보다 낮은 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 PCR 카트리지.

상기 복수의 매크로-웰의 중심 영역에 형성된 중심 채움부재; 및
상기 복수의 매크로-웰에서 상기 중심 채움부재를 둘러싸는 제1 수용부를 형성하기 위해 균일하게 형성된 복수의 파티션들을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 PCR 카트리지. - 제14항에 있어서, 상기 제1 수용부의 폭은 상기 복수의 마이크로-웰들 각각의 폭과 동일한 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 PCR 카트리지.
- 제14항에 있어서, 상기 제1 수용부의 폭은 상기 복수의 마이크로-웰들 각각의 폭과 상이한 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 PCR 카트리지.
