타블렛 섬유유연제 제조방법{Method for manufacturing tablet type fabric softener}Method for manufacturing tablet type fabric softener}

The present invention relates to a method of manufacturing a tablet fabric softener. More specifically, the fabric softener is made in a tablet form, and the number of tablets to be put into a table according to the amount of laundry is marked on the container, so that quantitative measurement is possible, and the measurement itself is It is about an improved tablet fabric softener manufacturing method that not only allows even beginners in laundry to use it easily and conveniently, but also enhances eco-friendliness by further increasing the fabric softening effect using natural ingredients.

In general, fabric softeners soften fabrics by revitalizing the fibers, prevent colors from fading, remove detergent residues attached to fibers, and wash laundry to create a wrinkle-free effect that prevents wrinkles. Use it after.

These fabric softeners protect laundry by neutralizing alkaline detergents into weak acids, and help achieve a sterilizing effect in this process.

Additionally, because it contains added fragrance, it can mask odors such as odors from the laundry basket that come from laundry after washing.

Most of these fabric softeners are commercially available in liquid form.

Moreover, because it is sold in a highly concentrated form, it is not easy to determine the amount of fabric softener added according to the amount of fabric washed when used with laundry detergent.

Therefore, even if you add a little more, it is highly concentrated, so it is uncomfortable to leave the smell of fabric softener on the laundry after washing, and if you add a little less, the fabric softening effect drops drastically.

According to the present invention, fabric softener is made in the form of tablets, and the number of tablets to be added according to the amount of laundry is displayed in a table and marked on the container, thereby enabling quantitative measurement. The measurement itself is easy, so even beginners in laundry can use it easily and conveniently. In addition, by further increasing the fiber softening effect using natural ingredients, an improved effect can be obtained to enhance eco-friendliness.

Hereinafter, preferred embodiments according to the present invention will be described in more detail.

Since the embodiments according to the concept of the present invention can make various changes and take various forms, it should be understood that they include all changes, equivalents, and substitutes included in the spirit and technical scope of the present invention.

The tablet fabric softener manufactured according to the tablet fabric softener manufacturing method according to the present invention is formed in the form of a tablet formulation, that is, an egg (tablet).

In addition, the method for producing a tablet fabric softener according to the present invention includes a first step of forming raw materials; A second step of granulating the prepared raw materials into a spray granulator; It includes a third step of compressing the granulated raw materials into tablet formulations.

In addition, after the third step, a fourth step of coating the outer surface of the formulation tablet with a coating agent may be further performed.

At this time, the first step is performed as follows.

That is, for 100 parts by weight of purified water, 10 parts by weight of sodium bicarbonate, 35 parts by weight of citric acid, 30 parts by weight of Natural Betaine, 30 parts by weight of Allantoin, and Sorbitol. ) It is composed to include 25 parts by weight, 20 parts by weight of cellulose, and 20 parts by weight of sodium CMC (Sodium Carboxymethylcellulose).

At this time, sodium bicarbonate reacts with citric acid and induces bending in the fiber with foaming power due to expansion, thereby improving the softening effect, but its main function is to control acidity.

In addition, citric acid is a weak organic acid mainly found in citrus fruits and is useful in increasing the fabric softening effect because it chelates metals even in hard water and creates foam without softening the water.

In addition, Natural Betaine is a natural amino acid-based substance with moistening properties and contains glycerin, and is especially effective in moisturizing fibers and hair to make them soft (softening effect).

In addition, allantoin has an excellent fabric softening function due to its active moisturizing ingredients, leading to fabric softening.

In addition, sorbitol is a type of sugar alcohol, but in the present invention, it functions as a binder that binds other components while combining with cellulose.

Cellulose is a lattice-shaped polysaccharide composed of overlapping linear chains of hundreds to thousands of D-glucose units linked by β(1→4) glycosidic bonds, which are combined to form a tablet form of the fabric softener according to the present invention. Zero is used.

In addition, Sodium CMC (Sodium Carboxymethylcellulose) not only has a thickening function, but also contributes to the formability of the tablet by strengthening the binding force of the ingredients.

Meanwhile, in the present invention, it is preferable that the surface of the compressed formulation, that is, the tablet-type fabric softener, be coated so that it does not easily melt or break even when in contact with moisture in the air. For this purpose, the fourth step described above may be performed.

In this case, the coating used in the fourth step must melt after a certain period of time when placed in water, and a compressed formulation, that is, a tablet-type fabric softener, must exert a fabric softening effect.

For this purpose, in the present invention, 25 parts by weight of a mixture of polyvinyl pyrrolidone and magnesium stearate in a weight ratio of 8:2 is dispersed for 100 parts by weight of waterborne epoxy resin. Use a type of coating agent.

At this time, waterborne epoxy resin is an eco-friendly solvent that does not use solvents, and epoxy is emulsified in water using a specially prepared emulsifier. It protects the tablet for a certain period of time when submerged in water, and gradually submerges in water. It melts and peels away, exposing the tablet to begin its cleaning function.

In addition, polyvinyl pyrrolidone forms a film on the outer surface of the tablet to block direct contact with moisture, but this only delays it for a certain period of time, and polyvinyl pyrrolidone itself binds to moisture, that is, water. Because of its properties, when it combines with water and the film breaks, the tablet comes into contact with water and performs the function of a laundry detergent. In other words, it forms a kind of protective film.

In addition, Magnesium Stearate is a mixture of magnesium salts of stearic acid and palmitic acid and does not dissolve well in water, so it is useful for maintaining the tablet form. In particular, it provides lubrication to prevent sticking.

In this way, since it does not dissolve well in water, it is mixed with polyvinylpyrrolidone at a weight ratio of 8:2, and while magnesium stearate holds the basic frame, polyvinylpyrrolidone gradually melts and causes the film to burst, making it a laundry detergent. function is provided.

In this case, based on 100 parts by weight of the coating agent, 15 parts by weight of 2,2-dimethyl-1,3-dioxole (Perfluoro 2,2-dimethyl-1,3-dioxole) may be added.

At this time, Perfluoro 2,2-dimethyl-1,3-dioxole is a substance corresponding to CAS number 37697-64-6, and is used to ensure that the coating solution is uniformly dispersed. This contributes to reducing the thickness and weakening the surface tension so that the film can easily burst when washed.

On the other hand, in the present invention, 10 parts by weight of Adipic Acid and 15 parts by weight of Imidazole can be further added to 100 parts by weight of purified water.

At this time, Adipic Acid performs the function of lowering the solubility of the tablet and allowing it to dissolve easily from the moment it is dissolved when added to laundry as a fabric softener, allowing it to penetrate deeply into various parts of the fiber.

In addition, Imidazole contributes to increasing the flexibility of fibers because it dissolves in water and creates a weak alkali.

In addition, in the present invention, for 100 parts by weight of purified water, 2.5 parts by weight of Tocopheryl Acetate, 10 parts by weight of Benzoguanamine, 15 parts by weight of Cera Alba, and Celite 10 parts by weight, 10 parts by weight of capric triglyceride can be added.

In this case, Tocopheryl Acetate prevents oxidation of the tablet and induces stabilization.

In addition, benzoguanamine is a substance corresponding to CAS number 91-76-9, which suppresses shrinkage and deformation and suppresses the generation of static electricity.

Additionally, Cera Alba is composed of myricyl palmitate, cerotic acid, ester, and high-carbon paraffin, which contributes to promoting and stabilizing emulsification. Therefore, it increases the flexibility of the fiber.

In addition, Celite is a substance corresponding to CAS number 61790-53-2, and in addition to the deodorizing and sterilizing effect, it also provides heavy metal neutralization ability, contributing to eliminating hazards to the human body.

In addition, capric triglyceride contributes to softening by inducing aromatic properties and yarn softening effects and promoting photodeterioration and tensile strength of the fiber.

Hereinafter, examples will be described.

The following examples were prepared to evaluate the fabric softening of the tablet fabric softener according to the present invention.

1][Example 1]

A tablet fabric softener sample was made by forming a film with the basic coating agent on the compressed formulation made from the basic ingredients described in the present invention.

2][Example 2]

A second sample of tablet fabric softener was prepared by adding 10 parts by weight of Adipic Acid and 15 parts by weight of Imidazole to the tablet composition of Example 1.

3][Example 3]

The tablet composition of Example 2 contained 2.5 parts by weight of Tocopheryl Acetate, 10 parts by weight of Benzoguanamine, 15 parts by weight of Cera Alba, 10 parts by weight of Celite, and Capric. A third sample of tablet fabric softener was prepared by adding an additional 10 parts by weight of triglyceride (Capric triglyceride).

4][Example 4]

When coating the tablet of Example 3, 15 parts by weight of 2,2-dimethyl-1,3-dioxole (Perfluoro 2,2-dimethyl-1,3-dioxole) was added to the coating agent.

Then, it was tested in accordance with the environmental labeling target products and certification standards, hazardous product designation and safety labeling standards, and quantitative inspection standards for quantitatively labeled products.

At this time, the test standards were as follows [Table 1].

As a result of the test, samples 1, 2, 3, and 4 were all found to be excellent and passed all test evaluation standards.

Through this, fabric softener is made in tablet form, and it is possible to measure the quantity by making a table showing how many tablets to put in according to the amount of laundry and marking it on the container. Not only is the measurement itself easy, so even beginners in laundry can use it easily and conveniently. It was confirmed that eco-friendliness can be strengthened by further increasing the fiber softening effect using natural ingredients.
