상기 열융착 부재의 용융점은 상기 상부 커버와 하부 케이스의 용융점보다 낮은 재질로 이루어지고,
상기 열융착 부재는 일면에 접착층을 갖는 시트 형태로 형성되며,
상기 구성부 조립 단계는 서로 대향하는 두 구성부 중 하나에 상기 열융착 부재가 접착된 상태에서 조립되는 것을 특징으로 하는

상기 하부 케이스는 중앙이 관통되어 형성되는 하부케이스 판형 링형부와, 상기 하부케이스 판형 링형부의 중앙 관통부에서 상방으로 연장되는 원통 연장부와, 상기 원통 연장부의 내측에 구비되어 상기 상부 케이스의 원통 결합부와 결합되는 원통 결합부와, 상기 원통 연장부와 원통 결합부 간을 연결하며 물이 유동가능한 물 유동부를 갖고 형성되는 연결부, 및 상기 하부케이스 판형 링형부의 외연에서 상방으로 연상되는 원통 장착부를 포함하고,
상기 상부 케이스와 하부 케이스 각각의 중심부에는 원통 결합부가 형성되며,
상기 원통 결합부 간은 후크 결합홈과 후크 돌기가 형성되어 후크 결합되게 구성되거나, 열융착방식으로 결합되어 구성되고,
상기 일체화 개재 부재는 소정 온도에서 융용되어 융착되는 링형 열융착 시트로 형성되고,
상기 일체화 개재 부재의 일면에는 접착층이 형성되어 상기 링형 주름 필터의 상하 양면에 접착된 상태로 구비되며,
상기 상단 케이스의 가장자리와 상기 하부 케이스의 개방 상단 간은 열융착되어 일체화되어 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는
