Description
The present invention relates to a tray for plate-shaped parts, and particularly to a tray for plate-shaped parts in which grinding or relative shaking between trays can be eliminated during multi-stage stacking.
Trays, which are rectangular containers, are widely used to store various types of substrate modules such as liquid crystal panels, substrates for mobile devices, and flexible substrates used in various mobile devices, or thin, flat plate-shaped components such as glass.
Conventional trays for storing parts are generally manufactured by processing thin sheet-shaped members made of synthetic resin using the so-called vacuum forming method for the sake of manufacturing cost and efficiency of the manufacturing process. When the thickness of the raw sheet-shaped member is very thin, sufficient structural strength is required. There is a problem with not being able to maintain .
In addition, conventional parts storage trays are often stored and transported in a multi-stage stacked top and bottom, so when structural strength such as bending rigidity is weak, the upper tray slides back and forth and left and right on the upper surface of the lower tray. There is a problem, where a part of the tray is tilted or distorted due to the vertical load applied to the tray, and the lower surface of the tray located on the upper side of a pair of adjacent trays contacts the upper surface of the plate-shaped part contained in the tray located on the lower side. There is a problem that damage occurs to parts accommodated in.
Therefore, in order to prevent damage to the received plate-shaped parts, there is a need for a tray for plate-shaped parts that ensures sufficient spacing between a pair of adjacent trays during multi-stage stacking, and is lightweight and has excellent structural characteristics such as bending rigidity at a low manufacturing cost. The
And in the
