Description
The content disclosed in this specification relates to Braille tape.
Unless otherwise indicated herein, the material described in this section is not prior art to the claims of this application, and is not admitted to be prior art by inclusion in this section.
In general, Braille is a special code that allows visually impaired people who cannot identify objects with their eyes to read with the tactile sense of their fingertips. It is formed by placing dots on the paper using a pen or press machine.
This type of Braille was invented by Louis Braille, a blind Frenchman, in 1829, and in the West it is called Braille after the inventor. However, in addition to the Braille-style 6-dot Braille, there is also a 4-dot New York Point, but in Korea, Hunmaengjeongeum, created by Songam Park Doo-seong based on Hunminjeongeum, is used.
Meanwhile, today, electronic products and various smart devices are developing very rapidly, and there are many electronic products and smart devices with Braille for the visually impaired, examples of which are disclosed in the following patent documents.
In
However, in the case of the above-mentioned

Meanwhile, a protruding
For example, the
The
For example, the
The thickness of the
The
The thickness of the

Meanwhile, the
Meanwhile, both the
The
Experimental Example 1. Physical property evaluation
The physical properties of Examples 1 to 3 and Comparative Example 1 were evaluated by the following method, and the results are shown in Table 1.
Evaluation method>
(1) Braille standard evaluation
OK: When the height of the braille part satisfies 0.6~0.7mm
NG: When the height of the braille part is less than 0.5mm
(2) Visibility evaluation
Image brightness was measured in accordance with JIS K7374.
OK: The image brightness value is 88% or more.
NG: Image brightness value is less than 88%
(3) Bubble generation evaluation
OK: When no bubbles are generated at the adhesive interface when observed with an optical microscope, or small amounts of bubbles with a diameter of 100㎛ or less are observed dispersed.
NG: When observing with an optical microscope, bubbles with a diameter of 100㎛ or more are generated at the adhesive interface, or bubbles with a diameter of 100㎛ or less are observed in a large cluster.
Referring to Table 1, Examples 1 to 3, which were provided with two more layers, showed good results in all braille specifications, visibility, and bubble evaluation compared to Comparative Example 1. In addition, considering that the Braille standard evaluation of Comparative Example 1 was NG, it could be inferred that it was difficult to satisfy the standards provided by the Korea Consumers Association for the Disabled using the type pressure method.
