Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a decorative sheet and a method for manufacturing the same, and more specifically, to emboss pattern that can be expressed clearly and three-dimensional after embossing while using a decorative sheet of polyethylene terephthalate glycol (PETG) material Relates to an excellent decorative sheet and a method for producing the same.
In general, in order to implement the embossed pattern on the surface or the back of the decorative sheet, a variety of printing operations are performed on the surface of the polypropylene and polyvinyl film produced through extrusion, calendar ring, etc., and then the transparent film is laminated or coated with a treatment agent. Thereafter, heat is applied to the transparent film to press the roll with the pattern engraved to prepare a surface embossed product.
Conventionally, vinyl chloride resin has been mainly used as a transparent resin layer forming a skeleton of a decorative sheet, but the use of vinyl chloride resin is limited due to environmental regulations.
Therefore, recently, decorative sheets made of polyethylene terephthalate glycol (PETG) have been used as materials for replacing decorative sheets made of vinyl chloride resin. The decorative sheet made of PETG is recognized as an environmentally friendly material compared to the decorative sheet made of vinyl chloride resin, and is used as a surface finishing agent for furniture and home appliances.
However, when the decorative sheet is formed of the PETG material, since the surface of the PETG material is made of mirror surface, the embossing ability is not good after printing the embossed pattern, and thus there is a limit in expressing the delicate embossed pattern. In other words, even if the embossed pattern is printed on the decorative sheet of PETG material, it is difficult to expect the three-dimensional embossing effect due to the problem that the embossed pattern is elongated or dissipated in the post-process by heat.
Disclosure of Invention An object of the present invention is to provide a decorative sheet having excellent emboss retention, which can be embodied clearly and three-dimensionally even after molding in a decorative sheet using polyethylene terephthalate glycol (PETG) as a transparent resin layer, and a method of manufacturing the same. According to an aspect of the present invention, there is provided a method of manufacturing a decorative sheet having excellent embossing, comprising: providing a printing sheet including an embossed release paper, a surface treatment layer, and an adhesive layer; Thermally bonding the printing sheet and the transparent resin layer in a state where the adhesive layer of the printing sheet is disposed to face the transparent resin layer; And removing the release paper from the transparent resin layer, wherein the transparent resin layer is made of polyethylene terephthalate glycol (PETG).
At this time, the embossed pattern engraved on the release paper by the thermal bonding may be transferred to the surface treatment layer.
The surface treatment layer is preferably formed to a thickness of 5 ~ 50㎛.
It is preferable to form the said adhesive layer in thickness of 1-5 micrometers.
Decorative sheet excellent in embossing maintenance according to an embodiment of the present invention for achieving the above object comprises a surface treatment layer, an adhesive layer and a transparent resin layer from above, the transparent resin layer is polyethylene terephthalate glycol (polyethylene terephthalate glycol : PETG), the surface treatment layer is characterized in that the embossed pattern transferred from the release paper is formed.
The surface treatment layer is preferably formed to a thickness of 5 ~ 50㎛.
The adhesive layer is preferably formed to a thickness of 1 ~ 5㎛.
The decorative sheet according to the present invention does not print an embossed pattern using an embossing roll to give an embossing effect to the transparent resin layer made of PETG, but transfers the release paper having the embossed pattern to the transparent resin layer including the surface treatment layer. Since emboss effect is implemented, the emboss holding force is excellent even after molding.
In addition, the decorative sheet according to the present invention can transfer the embossed pattern engraved on the release paper by a heat bonding process using heat and pressure using a release paper and then remove the release paper, thereby simplifying the process to improve the production yield.

As described above, it is possible to manufacture a decorative sheet having excellent embossing maintenance according to an embodiment of the present invention.
As described so far, the decorative sheet made of a PETG transparent resin layer according to the present invention does not print an embossed pattern using an embossing roll to give an embossing effect. Since embossing effect is realized by transferring to the transparent resin layer, the embossing holding force is excellent even after molding.
In addition, the decorative sheet according to the present invention can transfer the embossed pattern engraved on the release paper by a heat bonding process using heat and pressure using a release paper and then remove the release paper, thereby simplifying the process to improve the production yield.
