Abstract
(a) 복수의 단작용성 아크릴 모노머 및/또는 메타크릴 모노머로 구성된 혼합물, 여기서 하나 이상의 모노머는 재활용 재료이고 하나 이상의 모노머는 식물 유래 또는 동물 유래임,
(b) 식물 유래 또는 동물 유래인, 하나 이상의 다작용성 아크릴 바이오 모노머 및/또는 메타크릴 바이오 모노머,
(c) 재활용 재료로 이루어지거나 또는 식물 유래 또는 동물 유래인, 폴리아크릴레이트, 폴리메타크릴레이트, 폴리올, 폴리에스테르에서 선택되는 하나 이상의 폴리머 또는 코폴리머, 그리고
(d) 천연 유래 무기 필러 입자를 포함하고,
상기 단작용성 아크릴 모노머 및/또는 메타크릴 모노머와 상기 다작용성 아크릴 바이오 모노머 및 메타크릴 바이오 모노머의 비율이 10 내지 40중량%, 폴리머 또는 코폴리머의 비율이 1 내지 16중량%, 그리고 상기 무기 필러 입자의 비율이 44 내지 89중량%인, 캐스팅 컴파운드.

Claims (14)
- 열경화성 바이오 베이스 캐스팅 컴파운드로서:
(a) 둘 이상의 단작용성 i) 아크릴 모노머, 또는 ii) 메타크릴 모노머, 또는 iii) 아크릴 모노머 및 메타크릴 모노머의 혼합물, 여기서 하나 이상의 모노머는 재활용 재료로부터 유래되고, 하나 이상의 모노머는 식물 유래 또는 동물 유래임,
(b) 식물 유래 또는 동물 유래인, 하나 이상의 다작용성 i) 아크릴 바이오 모노머, 또는 ii) 메타크릴 바이오 모노머, 또는 iii) 아크릴 바이오 모노머 및 메타크릴 바이오 모노머,
(c) 재활용 재료로부터 유래되거나 또는 식물 유래 또는 동물 유래인, 폴리아크릴레이트, 폴리메타크릴레이트, 폴리올, 폴리에스테르에서 선택되는 둘 이상의 폴리머들 또는 코폴리머들,
(d) 천연 유래의 무기 필러 입자를 포함하고,
상기 단작용성 i) 아크릴 모노머, 또는 ii) 메타크릴 모노머, 또는 iii) 아크릴 모노머 및 메타크릴 모노머와, 상기 다작용성 아크릴 바이오 모노머 및 메타크릴 바이오 모노머의 비율이 10 내지 40중량%, 폴리머들 또는 코폴리머들의 비율이 1 내지 16중량%, 그리고 상기 무기 필러 입자의 비율이 44 내지 89중량%인 캐스팅 컴파운드. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 단작용성 모노머와 상기 다작용성 바이오 모노머의 중량비가 2:1 내지 80:1, 4:1 내지 70:1, 또는 5:1 내지 60:1인, 캐스팅 컴파운드. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 단작용성 모노머가
재활용 아크릴레이트 및 식물 유래 또는 동물 유래 아크릴레이트를 포함하는 아크릴레이트 화합물; 그리고
재활용 메타크릴레이트 및 식물 유래 또는 동물 유래 메타크릴레이트를 포함하는 메타크릴레이트 화합물에서 선택되며,
상기 아크릴레이트 화합물은 n-부틸아크릴레이트, 메틸아크릴레이트, 에틸아크릴레이트, tert-부틸아크릴레이트, 이소부틸 아크릴레이트, 이소데실 아크릴레이트, 디하이드로디시클로펜타디에닐 아크릴레이트, 에틸디글리콜 아크릴레이트, 헵타데실 아크릴레이트, 4-하이드록시부틸 아크릴레이트, 2-하이드록시에틸 아크릴레이트, 하이드록시에틸카프로락톤 아크릴레이트, 폴리카프로락톤 아크릴레이트, 하이드록시프로필 아크릴레이트, 라우릴 아크릴레이트, 스테아릴 아크릴레이트, 테르티오부틸 아크릴레이트, 2-(2-에톡시)에틸 아크릴레이트, 테트라하이드로푸르푸릴 아크릴레이트, 2-페녹시에틸 아크릴레이트, 에톡시화 4-페닐 아크릴레이트, 트리메틸사이클로헥실 아크릴레이트, 옥틸데실 아크릴레이트, 트리데실 아크릴레이트, 에톡시화 4-노닐페놀 아크릴레이트, 이소보닐 아크릴레이트, 사이클릭트리메틸올프로판포르말 아크릴레이트, 에톡시화 4-라우릴 아크릴레이트, 폴리에스테르 아크릴레이트, 스테아릴 아크릴레이트 하이퍼브랜치드 폴리에스테르 아크릴레이트, 멜라민 아크릴레이트, 실리콘 아크릴레이트, 및 에폭시 아크릴레이트에서 선택되고,
상기 메타크릴레이트 화합물은 메틸 메타크릴레이트, 에틸 메타크릴레이트, n-부틸 메타크릴레이트, 이소부틸 메타크릴레이트, tert-부틸 메타크릴레이트, 베헤닐 메타크릴레이트, 베헤닐폴리에틸렌글리콜 메타크릴레이트, 사이클로헥실 메타크릴레이트, 이소데실 메타크릴레이트, 2-에틸렌헥실 메타크릴레이트, 라우릴 메타크릴레이트, 스테아릴 메타크릴레이트, 스테아릴폴리에틸렌글리콜 메타크릴레이트, 이소트리데실 메타크릴레이트, 우레이도 메타크릴레이트, 테트라하이드로푸르푸릴 메타크릴레이트, 페녹시에틸 메타크릴레이트, 3,3,5-트리메틸시클로헥산올 메타크릴레이트, 이소보닐 메타크릴레이트, 메톡시폴리에틸렌글리콜 메타크릴레이트, 글리시딜 메타크릴레이트, 헥실에틸 메타크릴레이트, 글리세롤포말 메타크릴레이트, 라우릴테트라데실 메타크릴레이트, 및 C17,4-메타크릴레이트에서 선택되는, 캐스팅 컴파운드. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 다작용성 바이오 모노머(들)가
식물 유래 또는 동물 유래 아크릴레이트, 그리고
식물 유래 또는 동물 유래 다작용성 메타크릴레이트에서 선택되며,
상기 식물 유래 또는 동물 유래 아크릴레이트는 1,6-헥산디올 디아크릴레이트, 폴리에틸렌글리콜 디아크릴레이트, 테트라에틸렌글리콜 디아크릴레이트, 트리프로필렌글리콜 디아크릴레이트, 폴리부타디엔 디아크릴레이트, 3-메틸-1,5-펜탄디올 디아크릴레이트, 에톡시화 비스페놀 A 디아크릴레이트, 디프로필렌글리콜 디아크릴레이트, 에톡시화 헥산디올 디아크릴레이트, 1,10-데칸디올 디아크릴레이트, 에스테르디올 디아크릴레이트, 알콕시화 디아크릴레이트, 트리시클로데칸디메탄올 디아크릴레이트, 프로폭시화 네오펜틸글리콜 디아크릴레이트, 펜타에리트리톨 테트라아크릴레이트, 트리메틸올프로판 트리아크릴레이트, 디-트리메틸올프로판 테트라아크릴레이트, 트리스(2-하이드록시에틸)이소시아누레이트 트리아크릴레이트, 디-펜타에리트리톨 펜타아크릴레이트, 에톡시화 트리메틸올프로판 트리아크릴레이트, 펜타에리트리톨 트리아크릴레이트, 프로폭시화 트리메틸올프로판 트리아크릴레이트, 에톡시화 펜타에리트리톨 테트라아크릴레이트, 프로폭시화 글리세릴 트리아크릴레이트, 지방족 우레탄 디아크릴레이트, 지방족 우레탄 헥사아크릴레이트, 지방족 우레탄 트리아크릴레이트, 방향족 우레탄 디아크릴레이트, 방향족 우레탄 트리아크릴레이트, 방향족 우레탄 헥사아크릴레이트, 폴리에스테르 헥사아크릴레이트, 및 에폭시화 대두유 아크릴레이트에서 선택되고,
상기 식물 유래 또는 동물 유래 다작용성 메타크릴레이트는 트리에틸렌글리콜 디메타크릴레이트, 에틸렌글리콜 디메타크릴레이트, 폴리에틸렌글리콜 디메타크릴레이트, 1,4-부탄디올 디메타크릴레이트, 디에틸렌글리콜 디메타크릴레이트, 1,6 헥산디올 디메타크릴레이트, 1,10-데칸디올 디메타크릴레이트, 1,3-부틸렌글리콜 디메타크릴레이트, 에톡시화 비스페놀 A 디메타크릴레이트, 트리시클로데칸디메탄올 디메타크릴레이트, 및 트리메틸올프로판 트리메타크릴레이트에서 선택되는, 캐스팅 컴파운드. - 제1항에 있어서,
단작용성 및 다작용성 i) 아크릴레이트, 또는 ii) 메타크릴레이트, 또는 iii) 아크릴레이트 및 메타크릴레이트와, 폴리머들 또는 코폴리머들의 중량비가 90:10 내지 60:40, 또는 85:15 내지 70:30인, 캐스팅 컴파운드. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 무기 필러 입자는 SiO2, Al2O3, TiO2, ZrO2, Fe2O3, ZnO, Cr2O5, 탄소, 금속 또는 금속 합금에서 선택되는, 캐스팅 컴파운드. - 제1항에 있어서,

- 제10항에 있어서,
상기 성형체는 주방 싱크, 샤워부스 베이스, 세면대, 욕조, 조리대 또는 바닥 패널, 벽 패널 또는 천장 패널인, 성형체. - 성형체의 제조 방법으로서,
제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 캐스팅 컴파운드가 금형에 주입되고, 상기 금형 내에서 실온에 비해 높은 온도에서 중합되고, 그런 다음, 중합 성형체는 금형에서 취출된 후 냉각되는, 성형체의 제조 방법. - 제12항에 있어서,
