Claims (5)

상기 복합연결유닛(400)은, 급수전(100)으로부터 공급되는 물을 샤워호스(200)로 전달하는 호스연결부재(1)와, 상기 호스연결부재(1) 하부측 외경면에 순차적 삽입구조로 결합되는 탄성유동패킹(2) 및 회동유도 고정부재(3)를 포함하는 구성으로 형성되는 샤워호스용 연결구에 있어서;
상기 호스연결부재(1)는, 상하 분할 구성으로 결합하는 체결로드(11)와 잔수배출캡(12), 그리고 상기 체결로드(11)와 잔수배출캡(12)의 결합부위 내측면 공간으로 수용 설치되는 잔수배출 유도패킹(13)을 포함하는 구성으로 형성하되;
상기 체결로드(11)는, 외경면 둘레에 다수개의 잔수배출공(111-1)이 관통 배열되고, 잔수배출공(111-1)이 배열된 하부측 둘레에 체결고정편(111-2)을 더 연장 형성한 잔수유도관(111)과, 상기 잔수유도관(111) 상부면 중앙에 수직 돌출구조로 연장되며 수직연장된 내측 하단부에 테이퍼 구조의 입수구(112-1)를 마련한 수로삽입관(112)을 포함하는 구성으로 형성되고;
상기 잔수배출캡(12)은, 외경을 이루는 패킹삽입면(121)과, 패킹삽입면(121) 하단부 둘레에 원형띠 형상으로 돌출된 회동유도돌기(122)와, 하단면에 원형배열구조를 이루며 관통된 다수개의 용수유입공(123)과, 내측면 중앙부에 반구 형상으로 돌출된 패킹밀착구(124)를 포함하는 구성으로 형성되며;
상기 잔수배출 유도패킹(13)은, 중앙부에 탄성확장공(131-1)이 마련된 벨로우즈구조의 탄성밀폐편(131)과, 탄성밀폐편(131) 외측면 둘레로 일체화 연결되며 잔수배출 유도패킹(13)을 상기 체결로드(11)와 잔수배출캡(12) 내측면으로 고정 결합되게 하는 밀착고정테(132)를 더 포함하는 구성으로 형성되고;
상기 호스연결부재(1)에 있어 잔수배출캡(12)으로 형성된 패킹삽입면(121)에 탄성유동패킹(2)을 삽입 밀착구조로 결합시키고;
상기 탄성유동패킹(2)이 삽입 결합된 잔수배출캡(12) 외경면에 탄성유동패킹(2)을 면접촉 구조로 수용하는 구성으로 회동유도 고정부재(3)를 더 삽입 결합시킨 것을 특징으로 하는 잔수배출수단이 마련된 샤워호스용 꼬임방지 연결구.
