- a water outlet portion, interconnected with the joint portion, and having a housing element formed inside the water outlet portion for abutting an end of an elastic element, a housing area formed between the housing element and the disc and capable of forming a gap, a pad disposed in the housing area and having at least one drainage hole aligned alternately with the at least one through hole, a barrier disposed at the other end of the elastic element and corresponding to the pad and having an initial position, and at least one air hole formed at the bottom of the housing area for maintaining a space and interconnecting with the housing element; and the barrier having a disc surface capable of pressing and covering the at least one drainage hole, and at least three baffles arranged circularly with an interval apart from one another in a direction from the disc surface to the elastic element and capable of hooking to the other end of the elastic element, and a protruded section concentrated from ends of the baffles and then extended forward, wherein the barrier has a final position, such that the elastic element is compressed to a limit when the barrier is at the final position; and
- a gasket, disposed along the internal periphery and the bottom of the disc, and having surrounding space formed inside the gasket and corresponding to the at least one through hole, and a seal retaining edge with a specific height disposed separately at the top and bottom of the periphery of the pad, for sealing the periphery of the pad.
- When water flows into the at least one through hole to impact the pad , the water flows out from the at least one drainage hole, such that the barrier is separated from its initial position, and water continuously flows out from the water outlet portion. When the barrier is situated at the initial position, external air enters into the at least one air hole to discharge the water remained in the water outlet portion, so as to prevent freezing at low temperature.

- a water outlet portion, including a main body connected to an inner wall of the underlying for defining at least one vent, and an installation space formed inside the main body and detachably connected to a water-outlet hose;
- thereby, when water flows into the at least one water-inlet hole and impacts the seal plate, the aperture of the water-outlet hole is spread open and expanded for keeping flowing water in a direction towards the back of the installation space; and when the aperture of the water-outlet hole and the plug maintain a close connection with each other, external air enters into the at least one vent to discharge the water remained in the water outlet portion to prevent freezing at low temperature; and when air pressure in the water outlet portion is greater than the air pressure of the external air, pressure is released from the at least one vent.
- The vacuum device connected to a hose of the present invention further comprises a containing space formed at the joint portion for fixing a fastener of the water-inlet faucet.
- The plug of the sealskin has an appearance of a spherical surface, and the plug has a portion protruded from the bottom of the water-outlet hole, when the aperture of the water-outlet hole and the plug maintain a close connection with each other.
- In summation, the present invention has the effects of spreading open and expanding the aperture of the water-outlet hole to keep flowing water in a direction towards the back of the installation space, and maintaining the aperture of the water-outlet hole and the plug in a close connection with each other. Therefore, the application of the sealskin together with the seal plate can reduce the number of components of the vacuum device, so as to achieve a cost-effective effect.
