Claims (5)
- 전력공급원과 주배전반(MSBD) 사이에 마련되며, 서로 직렬 연결된 제1 및 제2 반도체 스위치; 및
서로 직렬 연결되되, 상기 제1 및 제2 반도체 스위치와는 병렬 연결된 제3 및 제4 반도체 스위치;를 포함하며,
상기 전력공급원의 충방전 시에는 상기 제1 내지 제4 반도체 스위치 중 제1 및 제2 반도체 스위치를 통해 전류 도통이 진행되고, 단락사고 발생 시에는 상기 제1 및 제2 반도체 스위치가 선개방(OPEN)된 후 기 연결된 상기 제3 및 제4 반도체 스위치가 특정 시간 경과 후 후개방(OPEN)됨에 따라 전류가 차단되고,
상기 단락사고 발생 시 상기 제3 및 제4 반도체 스위치를 통한 전류 도통 시간이 기 설정된 임계 시간을 초과할 경우, 상기 제3 및 제4 반도체 스위치가 모두 개방(OPEN)되고,
상기 제3 및 제4 반도체 스위치 사이에는 저항체가 마련되며,
상기 제1 내지 제4 반도체 스위치는 절연 게이트 양극성 트랜지스터(IGBT)이고,
상기 제1 및 제2 반도체 스위치는 서로 반대 방향의 극성을 가지도록 연결되고, 상기 제3 및 제4 반도체 스위치는 서로 반대 방향의 극성을 가지도록 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 반도체 스위치를 이용한 단락전류제한장치. - 삭제
