Abstract
Description
도 2 는 본 발명의 일 실시예에 의한 수소 연소 버너의 사시도이다.
도 3 은 도 2 의 수소 연소 버너를 A-A' 를 따라 절취하여 얻어진 단면도이다.
도 4 는 도 2 의 수소 연소 버너를 B-B' 를 따라 절취하여 얻어진 단면도이다.
도 5 는 본 발명의 제 1 실시예에 의한 분사 노즐의 사시도 및 단면도이다.
도 6 은 본 발명의 제 2 실시예에 의한 분사 노즐의 사시도 및 단면도이다.
도 7 은 본 발명의 제 3 실시예에 의한 분사 노즐의 사시도 및 단면도이다.
도 8 및 도 9 는 본 발명의 일 실시예에 의한 복수의 수소 연소 버너가 횡방향으로 인접한 상태의 사시도 및 단면도이다.

- 복수의 수소 연소 버너를 포함하는 수소 연소 보일러로서,
상기 수소 연소 버너는,
내부에 연료가스가 유동하는 연료유로,
상기 연료유로의 둘레에 상기 연료유로를 감싸도록 배치되며, 상기 연료유로와 이격되는 공간을 통해 공기가 유동하는 공기유로 및
상기 연료유로 단부에 배치되어 연료가스가 분사되는 분사 노즐을 포함하고,
상기 연료유로 및 상기 공기유로는 횡방향을 따라 연장 형성되어, 상기 횡방향을 따라 길고 횡방향에 수직인 두께 방향을 따라 좁은 형상의 평면 화염이 형성되고,
상기 연료가스는, 수소가스와 천연가스, 암모니아가스, 바이오가스 및 부생가스 중 하나 이상의 혼합가스이고,
상기 연료가스의 혼합비에 대응하여 상기 공기유로에 대한 상기 연료유로의 종방향 위치는 가변 가능하고,
상기 공기유로의 하부에는 상기 연료유로에 밀착되어 연료 또는 공기가 누설되는 것을 방지하기 위한 실링부가 형성되고,
상기 수소 연소 버너는 횡방향 또는 두께방향으로 상호간에 인접하도록 배치되고,
상기 수소 연소 버너의 횡방향 또는 두께방향 양 측면에는 인접한 수소 연소 버너와 체결가능한 체결부가 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 수소 연소 보일러.
