Reduction of foreign matter that can secure the visibility of traffic lights It relates to a floor traffic light having a function.

In general, a crosswalk is to safely cross a road on which vehicles travel, and is mainly provided at an intersection of a road or a place where there are many pedestrians on other roads.

In such crosswalks, it is common that crosswalk traffic lights that periodically display stop signals and crosswalk signals are installed, and these crosswalk traffic lights are installed at a certain height from the floor surface through supports.

Crosswalk traffic lights are installed at the eye level of pedestrians, but they can check the signal only by raising their heads, so it is difficult for pedestrians using mobile phones with their heads down to check the signal.

Accordingly, a number of technologies have been proposed for floor traffic lights that are controlled in conjunction with crosswalk traffic lights on the sidewalk near the crosswalk or on the floor within the crosswalk.

The cover portion 30 is coupled to the body portion 10 while covering the substrate portion 20, and is made of transparent acrylic or the like so that the light emitted from the LED module of the substrate portion 20 is transmitted while the inner space is opened to the bottom. can

However, the prior art has a problem in that the visibility is poor because it cannot reduce foreign substances accumulated on the floor traffic lights.

The support frame 320 is formed to be thicker than the vibrating element 310 and is inserted into and fixed to the upper accommodating portion 220 of the cover 200 . At this time, extra spaces are formed in front and rear of the vibration element 310 . That is, the middle portion of the vibration element 310, both ends of which are fixed to the support frames 320, is free.

The vibration block 330 transfers vibration generated from the vibration element 310 to the cover 200 .

Therefore, the vibrating element 310 is vibrated by the input electric energy and is bent forward and backward. At this time, the vibration block 330 is moved together with the vibration element 310 to vibrate. As a result, foreign substances such as soil or dust accumulated on the transparent window 230 of the cover 200 flow and are not attached to the transparent window 230 .

In addition, the present invention includes a heat dissipation member 400 that dissipates heat generated from the signal lamp 100 to the outside of the cover 200 while being provided in the cover 200 .

The heat dissipation member 400 includes a thermoelectric element 410 having a cooling surface for absorbing heat from the signal lamp 100 and a heat dissipation surface for dissipating the absorbed heat as opposed to the cooling surface, and the thermoelectric element 410 is mounted thereon. It includes a heat transfer plate 420 accommodated in the inner accommodating portion 240 of the cover 200 in a state.

When power is applied to the thermoelectric element 410, cold air is radiated from the cooling surface and hot air is radiated from the heat dissipating surface. At this time, since the cooling surface of the thermoelectric element 410 contacts the signal lamp 100, the signal lamp 100 that emits heat is cooled. Further, the heat absorbed by the cooling surface is dissipated through the heat dissipating surface, and the dissipated heat is transferred to the heat transfer plate 420 and transferred to the cover 200 and then discharged to the outside of the cover 200 . That is, heat generated from the signal lamp 100 is discharged to the outside of the cover 200 .

The heat transfer plate 420 is made of a metal having high heat transfer efficiency and has a mounting groove 421 into which the thermoelectric element 410 is inserted and mounted. When the heat transfer plate 420 is inserted into the inner accommodating portion 240 and adheres to the cover 200, the thermoelectric element 410 adheres to the signal lamp 100.

Accordingly, heat generated from the signal lamp 100 is discharged to the outside of the cover 200 through the thermoelectric element 410 and the heat transfer plate 420 . That is, since heat generated from the signal lamp 100 is discharged to the outside of the cover 200, failure of the signal lamp 100 due to heat can be prevented in advance.
