Description
The present invention relates to an X-ray imaging device for diagnosing animals, and more particularly, to an X-ray imaging device that considers the exposure environment of operators (veterinarians and/or technicians) who diagnose and treat animals.
An X-ray imaging device is a device that obtains an image of the inside of a subject using X-rays. An X-ray imaging device generates X-rays from an X-ray tube and radiates them to a subject. It is a system in which the X-ray detector detects the X-rays that pass through the subject and pass through the grid, and the imaging equipment images them. As shown in FIG. 20 , when capturing a chest image of a human body, a person as a subject is positioned frontally toward an X-ray tube. The kinetic energy of electrons emitted from the
Korean Patent Publication No. 2019-0092001 discloses a rough structure of another type of X-ray device. As shown in FIG. 21 , the
People can communicate. Accordingly, the operator instructs the subject to an appropriate position and posture, and the subject acts according to the instructions. Therefore, the operator can avoid radiation exposure by moving out of the isolation space when driving the device. However, when the subject is an animal, communication is not possible, and the operator cannot instruct the subject in an appropriate position and posture. Therefore, the operator must hold the animal. Therefore, the operator could not escape from the table of the X-ray imaging device. Inevitably, the operator was repeatedly exposed to radiation during the X-ray imaging process. Nevertheless, because there was no other alternative, the
Radiation exposure is harmful to the human body. The danger can be realized if radiation exposure that causes the generation of various malignant neoplasms such as cancer by destroying the human body's genes and cells is repeated. Today, the number of veterinary hospitals is increasing as more and more people consider companion animals as family members. As such, it is expected that X-ray imaging for animal diagnosis will be performed frequently. If so, the risk of radiation exposure inevitably increases, and the safety of veterinarians and veterinary nurses cannot be ignored. However, there was no suitable technical alternative.
The inventor of the present invention has come to complete the present invention after long research and effort to devise a technical solution that can solve these problems.
The device proposed by the inventor of the present invention is a veterinary diagnostic device used in a veterinary hospital. In particular, it is an animal diagnostic equipment using X-rays. An object of the present invention is, firstly, to effectively prevent the risk of radiation exposure to the operator, and at the same time, secondly, to provide a means by which an operator operating an X-ray imaging device can accurately specify a diagnosis site. The first and second objectives must be guaranteed at the same time . This is neither the
First, by improving the structure of the equipment itself, it protects operators (veterinarians and technicians) who cannot leave the diagnosis room from radiation exposure. Second, in the present invention, the X-ray tube and the X-ray beam limiting device must be located in a closed chamber. Even in this situation, the operator can accurately and easily set the desired diagnosis site.
The first object is self-evident and will be fully clarified by the disclosure herein. However, the second objective is to understand the guide lamp system specific to the present invention. X-rays are confined and shielded and irradiated at a position that is not visually visible. Nevertheless, the guide lamp system of the present invention helps the operator to accurately know the X-ray area to be irradiated.
Meanwhile, other unspecified objects of the present invention will be additionally considered within the scope that can be easily inferred from the following detailed description and effects thereof.

In addition, in the guide lamp system of the X-ray imaging apparatus for diagnosing animals according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the mechanical mechanism is driven by two motors installed on the rear side of the X-ray detector,

이런 산란 방사선은 동물 피사체를 붙잡고 있는 오퍼레이터를 위협한다. light is scattered Therefore, the amount of X-rays irradiated from the X-ray tube, passing through the subject, and reaching the X-ray detector is small. Before reaching the X-ray detector, X-rays collide with an object and are refracted or scattered in various directions in the air. This scattered radiation threatens the operator holding the animal subject.
However, according to the X-ray imaging apparatus for diagnosing animals of the present invention, there is an advantage in that radiation exposure to an operator holding an animal can be drastically reduced. In addition, the present invention exerts an effect in which an operator can accurately specify a diagnostic site to be X-rayed even though the X-ray tube is located in an airtight chamber. This effect is ensured by the guide lamp system unique to the present invention. At the same time, the photosensitivity performance of the X-ray detector is also guaranteed.

Hereinafter, specific contents of the present invention will be described with reference to drawings showing the configuration of the present invention by way of example. In the description of the present invention, if it is determined that a related known function may unnecessarily obscure the subject matter of the present invention as an obvious matter to those skilled in the art, the detailed description thereof will be omitted.
As described above, the present invention has been completed in order to reduce the risk of radiation exposure faced by an operator who must hold an animal. To this end, unlike the prior art, the present invention employs a structure in which an X-ray tube generating radiation is placed inside a chamber under a subject and then the chamber is shielded. In this case, the operator inevitably faces another problem. The problem is that it is difficult for the operator to know and accurately specify the part of the animal subject to which X-ray images are to be obtained. This is shown conceptually in FIG. 1 .
As shown in FIG. 1 , since the X-ray tube is inside the chamber, X-rays are radiated from the chamber toward the table. That is, the
However, X-rays are invisible light. Therefore, the operator cannot know which part of the animal subject the X-rays passed through until he/she sees the X-ray image. Also, you can't see the device inside the sealed under-table chamber. Therefore, the operator does not know the X-ray irradiation area in advance, and there is no means to simply set or modify the area as a desired subject part. Therefore, it is not possible to provide X-ray equipment that can be used in veterinary hospitals simply by arranging the X-ray tube under the table. This is because it is difficult to obtain an accurate diagnostic image of the desired area, even though follow-up operations such as veterinary diagnosis and treatment are possible only when an accurate diagnostic image of the part of the subject to be X-rayed is obtained. Since the subject has no spontaneity and cannot communicate, the operator must proactively determine the diagnosis area, unlike humans. In addition, considering the situation where the operator is holding the animal subject, the X-ray irradiation area should be set as simply as possible. Moreover, since an operator wants to obtain images of various parts of various animals and the width of the parts, the operator must be able to flexibly determine the X-ray irradiation area.
In the conventional equipment, a separate light source for limiting the X-ray beam area is located in front of the X-ray beam limiter on the side of the X-ray tube. However, in the present invention, since the tube is sealed in the chamber under the table, it is impossible to guide the X-ray beam area to the operator using such a prior art.
The present invention has solved this problem with the concept of FIG. 2 . As shown in FIG. 2, the present invention is structured so that two types of light are irradiated in opposite directions. A
In order to perform a diagnosis using an X-ray imaging device, an operator must first determine a desired diagnosis area in an animal subject and set it in the imaging device. To this end, the operation order of the two light sources is important in the present invention. That is, first, an X-ray beam limiting guide lamp (ie, 97) radiates visible light onto the body of an animal subject (①). Visible light does not pass through the table and thus has no effect on the performance of the X-ray tube in the chamber. Then, the X-ray beam limiting
FIG. 3 supplements FIG. 2 by conceptualizing the concept of FIG. 2 as a view from above the animal subject.
An X-ray detector positioned above the table and an X-ray beam limiting device of an X-ray tube positioned in a chamber below the table have a rectangular structure. Preferably, the X-ray beam limiting
An operator's interest in acquiring an X-ray image varies depending on a region to be diagnosed in an animal subject. Since the operator wants to obtain an image of a wider area in some cases and a narrower area in other cases, the light irradiation direction of the X-ray beam limiting
After setting the X-ray beam limiting guide area first, the X-ray irradiation area (92, marked as x), which is not visually displayed, adjusts the angle of the shutter of the X-ray beam limiting device installed in front of the X-ray tube in the chamber under the table to the X-ray imaging device. It can be adjusted by controlling the control unit. At this time, the control unit adjusts the shutter angle of the X-ray beam limiting device using the calculated coordinate data of the X-ray beam limiting
As a result, the X-ray beam limiting

As described above, the

The X-ray
X-rays will pass through the table and the animal subject upward. The
The X-ray beam limiting
(Distance from Detector to Subject: DDS)를 측정한다(이에 대해서는 도 9를 통해서 의 값으로 자세히 설명한다).
The X-ray detector

Now, the external configuration of the present invention will be described. Figure 5 schematically shows the relationship between the configuration of the
In some embodiments of the present invention, the

Now let's describe the guide lamp system of the present invention. Various embodiments may be applied to how to irradiate the animal subject with visible light that displays the X-ray beam limiting guide area on the animal subject. Preferably, an X-ray beam limiting guide lamp is installed near the X-ray detector. In some embodiments of the present invention, X-ray beam limiting guide lamps may be installed along the circumferential direction of the side of the rectangular X-ray detector. Since the X-ray beam limiting guide lamp is installed in the circumferential direction of the side of the X-ray detector, the lamp does not physically interfere with X-ray exposure of the X-ray detector. In this regard, two embodiments of FIGS. 6 to 11 are presented. In another embodiment of the present invention, an X-ray beam limiting guide lamp may be installed under the X-ray detector to visually set an X-ray beam limiting guide area. In this embodiment, when the X-ray irradiation area is determined, the X-ray beam limiting guide lamp may be displaced laterally. In this regard, the embodiments of FIGS. 12 to 15 have been presented.
First, the guide lamp system according to the first embodiment will be described as the embodiment of FIGS. 6 to 8 . These embodiments focus on showing the principle of the present embodiment regarding how the X-ray beam confinement guide area can be displaced. As long as this principle is guaranteed, it is added that specific design matters including the size, type, installation location, etc. of mechanical elements can be modified in various ways as needed.

8 is a plan view of the configuration of the rotatable guide lamp bar of the embodiment of FIGS. 6 and 7 viewed upward from a table. As shown, since the four rotatable
As shown, the X-ray beam limiting
In this embodiment, the
On the other hand, the rotatable guide lamp bars (2410, 2420, 2430, 2440) are said to be 'rotatable', and those skilled in the art have no difficulty in understanding the mechanism and role of the rotation, but the rotation angle is any What role does it play, and what contribution does it make in mathematical operations? 9 shows the rotation angle β of the rotatable guide lamp bar according to the first and second embodiments of the present invention, the separation distance (DDS) between the
The turning angle β is measured by an angle sensor. The measured value is transmitted to the control unit. The meaning of this measured value is explained. The direction of
In FIG. 9 , when viewed with respect to the
The length of segment FG is equal to segment CH, and the length of segment CH is equal to the length of segment CE minus the length of segment HE. And the rotation angle (β) is calculated by the following equation (1).
(식 1) (Equation 1)
Then, the length of the line segment CH is as shown in
(식 2) (Equation 2)
By the way, the length of segment HG is equal to the length of segment CF, the length of segment CF is equal to the length of segment AF minus the length of segment AC, and the length of segment CH is equal to the length of segment FG. If so,
(식 3) (Equation 3)
Meanwhile, the shutter angle α can be calculated as in
(식 4) (Equation 4)
Since the length of segment WF is the value obtained by subtracting the length of segment AF from the length of segment WA, the length of segment QR in
(식 5) (Equation 5)
Substituting
(식 6) (Equation 6)
In Equation 6 above, the lengths of line segment CE and line segment AC are determined when the guide lamp bar is installed, the length of line segment WQ is determined when the shutter of the X-ray beam limiter is set, and the length of line segment WA is determined when the X-ray beam limiter and X-ray detector are set. am. That is, all of these numerical values are constants pre-registered in the control unit when configuring the system, or values known to the control unit.
Therefore, the control unit of the system is the rotation angle of the guide lamp bar measured by the angle sensor. In addition to the data, the DDS data measured by the
In other words, in the present invention, it is impossible to set a desired X-ray irradiation area on an animal subject unless the operator rotates the guide lamp bar. In addition, the guide sensor measures the data ( ), it is also technically impossible to match the X-ray irradiation area to the X-ray beam limiting guide area set by the operator using visible light. This is because the controller cannot calculate the shutter angle α of the X-ray beam limiting device. The above mathematical operations may be set in advance in the control unit in the same way or slightly modified in various embodiments of the present invention.
Let's look at a second embodiment of the rotation mechanism of the guide ramp system of the present invention. 10 is a view of the
As shown, guide

The X-ray beam limiting
Lighting of the X-ray beam limiting
In the guide lamp systems of the first and second embodiments, guide lamp bars are installed below and below the
The quadrangular guide
The displacement of the
As shown in FIGS. 13 and 14 , two
15 is a view from below of the guide lamp system of this embodiment. As shown, a plurality of
A plurality of
16 to 18 schematically show the entire external configuration of an
The
The
The
The
Also, the
As described above, if the X-ray beam limiting guide area and the X-ray irradiation area are matched with each other, the
Preferably, the
In the
An X-ray
19 schematically shows the entire process of a method of controlling an X-ray imaging apparatus for diagnosing animals according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention.
An animal subject is placed on a table. The operator will define the diagnosis area of the animal subject. The X-ray imaging apparatus may be driven while the operator is holding the animal subject. And the control process is as follows.
(S100).First, an operator turns on an X-ray beam limiting guide lamp (S100).
As described above, the X-ray beam limiting
The X-ray beam limiting
Next, the control unit adjusts the shutter angle of the X-ray beam limiting device using the spatial coordinate values of the reference plane of the X-ray irradiation area (S130). Through this step S130, the X-ray beam limiting
Then, the X-ray detector is moved closer to the subject (S140). As the X-ray detector approaches the animal subject as much as possible, it becomes advantageous in terms of the size and quality of the diagnostic image.
Everything is ready. An operator in a state adjacent to the animal subject commands X-ray irradiation through an input device (S150). Execute a command by pressing a button. Since the operator usually holds the animal subject by hand, a foot switch is used.
Then, the X-ray tube irradiates the subject with X-rays according to a predetermined process by the imaging device system controlled by the control unit, the X-rays pass through the subject, the X-ray detector acquires an image, and the acquired and processed image is displayed on the monitor. .
The protection scope of the present invention is not limited to the description and expression of the embodiments explicitly described above. It is not limited by the visible shapes, figures, and proportions of the drawings provided for convenience of description. In addition, it is added once again that the scope of protection of the present invention cannot be limited due to obvious changes or substitutions in the technical field to which the present invention belongs.
