The present invention relates to a framing system for buildings, and more particularly, to a framing system for buildings in which a floor plate is installed on the ground and a plurality of vertical framing units are prefabricated and combined on the upper surface of the floor plate to construct a building easily and conveniently. It is about.
In general, steel frames are widely used from large-scale high-rise buildings to small-scale low-rise offices and warehouses as structural subjects such as steel structure buildings, steel frame/reinforced concrete structure buildings, and strong fixings. There are two processes in steel frame construction: factory production, which manufactures steel frame members from steel, and construction site construction, which assembles steel frame members on site.
In steel frame construction, it is important to ensure the safety of the building by fully realizing the intention in structural design, and in order to satisfy the performance and quality required for each structural part of the steel frame, the construction guidelines for each work are established in factory production and construction site construction. standardization and reliability of construction technology.
On the other hand, types of steel materials used in the steel frame construction include steel bars, flat steel, section steel, steel plates, rivets, bolts, screws, nuts, and the like.
Here, L-shaped steel, U-shaped steel, and I-shaped steel are used as the beams used in the stud frame for construction, and by assembling them into a plurality of fastening members, it is possible to form the skeleton of the building.
On the other hand, in general, construction of buildings such as houses, warehouses, offices, factories, etc. requires a long construction period and high construction costs, so the demand for prefabricated buildings with relatively short construction periods and relatively low construction costs is increasing in recent years. are doing
