Description

브로콜리 및 효소를 포함하는 건강기능식품 제조방법{Method for manufacturing health functional food containing broccoli stems}Method for manufacturing health functional food containing broccoli and enzymes {Method for manufacturing health functional food containing broccoli stems}

The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing health functional food, including broccoli, complex enzyme powder, and natural medicine, which has an effect of improving comprehensive gastrointestinal health and improving chronic indigestion.

Broccoli (Brassica oleracea L.) is a crop belonging to the Brassicaceae Brassica genus belonging to the Brassicaceae family. Broccoli is derived from a wild cabbage species of the Mediterranean coast, and is a vegetable mainly consumed in Western countries such as Europe and the United States. Globally, more than 75% is produced in China and India, and in Korea, broccoli cultivation and consumption have increased since 2000 along with an increase in preference for functional vegetables.

Broccoli contains 370mg of potassium per 100g, which lowers the risk of high blood pressure. It also contains folic acid, which lowers the risk of birth defects in pregnant women and prevents anemia, and chromium, which is beneficial for diabetics. On the other hand, the calories are 28 ㎉ per 100g, which is good for people on a diet to lose weight, and is known to have anticancer effects.

Enzyme is a protein that catalyzes all life activity reactions occurring in the body, and plays the most important role in digesting food and maintaining human life. The types of enzymes can be largely divided into food enzymes, metabolic enzymes, and digestive enzymes. Enzymes help our body break down the various foods we eat into nutrients and absorb them. On the other hand, since food enzymes can react with food raw material ingredients mixed together to digest the raw food composition when certain requirements are met, it is important to maintain a level that does not affect the quality of the product while maximizing the nutrient absorption effect of the raw food composition .
