Abstract

The present disclosure proposes a public offering stock integration service system and a method therefor. The system may include a server configured to provide public stock subscription information to a user terminal, proceed with a requested public stock subscription based on a main securities account of the user terminal in response to a request for a public stock subscription application from the user terminal, and provide a result of the requested public stock subscription to the user terminal; and a database configured to store and manage information including the public offering stock subscription information, the public stock subscription result, and main securities account information of each user terminal and one or more securities company account information linked thereto. Public offering stock integration service system and method {SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR PROVIDING INTEGRATED SERVICES FOR PUBLIC OFFERING STOCKS}

The present disclosure relates to a public offering stock integrated service system and method, and more particularly, to a system and method for providing a public offering stock subscription schedule, competition rate notification, and integrated application service.

Recently, as the number of public offerings such as public offerings of stock companies and public offerings of REITs companies increases and their cycles shorten, financial investors are increasingly interested in information on public offering stocks. As shown in FIG. 7 , the display screen 401 of the user terminal 400 may provide a subscription manager selection menu 405, an application week selection menu 406, an account selection menu 407, a subscription margin display 408, a subscription fee display 409, and a final subscription application button 410.

The user of the user terminal 400 may select a subscription manager through the manager selection menu 405 and input the number of shares to apply for the public offering stock through the application number selection menu 406 . When the subscription manager and the number of shares for public offering are selected, the user may select an account to be used for subscription from among registered securities accounts through the menu 407 .
