Claims (4)
- 필터 장치를 포함하는 필터 시스템에서 잔류하는(retained) 여과된 유체를 회수하는 방법으로서, 상기 필터 장치는 하우징 및 다공성 필터 매체를 포함하며, 상기 하우징은 입구 및 출구 사이의 여과 유동 경로를 획정하는 상기 입구 및 상기 출구를 갖고, 상기 다공성 필터 매체는 상기 여과 유동 경로를 가로지르며, 상류 측 및 하류 측을 갖고; 상기 필터 시스템은 또한, 상기 출구의 하류에 배열된 여과된 유체 수용 용기; 상기 출구 및 상기 여과된 유체 수용 용기 사이의 제1 유체 유동 경로; 및 상기 제1 유체 유동 경로 및 살균 공기 및/또는 살균 가스를 함유하기 위한 가요성 용기 사이의 제2 유체 유동 경로로서, 관련 유동 제어 장치를 포함하며, 상기 제1 유체 유동 경로에 연결된 제2 유체 유동 경로를 포함하고; 상기 방법은 하기 단계를 포함하는, 방법:
(a) 유체를 여과하기 전에, 공기 및/또는 가스를 상기 다공성 필터 매체 또는 상기 필터 장치의 상류에 배열된 살균 등급 다공성 매체를 통해 통과시켜 살균 공기 및/또는 살균 가스를 생성하고, 상기 살균 공기 및/또는 상기 살균 가스를 상기 필터 장치의 상기 출구를 통해 상기 제1 유체 유동 경로로부터 상기 제2 유체 유동 경로를 통해 상기 가요성 용기 내로 통과시키는 단계;
(b) 여과될 유체를 상기 필터 장치를 통해 상기 여과 유동 경로를 따라 통과시키고, 여과된 유체를 상기 제1 유체 유동 경로를 따라 상기 여과된 유체 수용 용기 내로 통과시키는 단계로서, 상기 여과된 유체의 소정 부피는 상기 하우징에서 상기 다공성 필터 매체의 상기 하류 측 및 상기 출구 사이에 잔류하는, 단계; 및
(c) 상기 살균 공기 및/또는 상기 살균 가스가 상기 가요성 용기로부터 상기 제2 유체 유동 경로를 따라 상기 제1 유체 유동 경로 내로 그리고 상기 출구를 통해 상기 필터 장치의 상기 하우징 내로 통과하게 하고, 잔류하는 여과된 유체를 상기 제1 유체 유동 경로를 따라 상기 여과된 유체 수용 용기 내로 이동시키는(displacing) 단계. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 살균 공기 및/또는 상기 살균 가스를 상기 여과 유체 유동 경로를 따라 통과시키기 전에, (a) 단계에서 상기 필터 장치의 상류에 배열된 살균 등급 다공성 필터 매체를 통해 공기 및/또는 가스를 통과시켜 상기 살균 공기 및/또는 상기 살균 가스를 생성하는 단계를 포함하는 방법.
