Description

풍력발전을 이용한 차선규제봉 자동청소장치{Lane control rod automatic cleaning device using wind power generation}Lane control rod automatic cleaning device using wind power generation}

The present invention relates to a lane control bar installed on the center line and lanes in roads and tunnels, and more particularly, when using a lane control bar installed in local roads, national highways, highways, tunnels, etc. for a long time, dust and foreign substances are accumulated on the reflective film due to the passage of vehicles. Due to contamination, the visibility of the line of sight is reduced and the lane is not identified, so the risk of traffic accidents is high. In order to prevent this in advance, foreign substances and dust accumulated on the reflective film of the lane control bar are automatically driven by the wind power to wash the rotating body The present invention relates to an automatic lane control bar cleaning device using wind power generation, in which a member easily and easily wipes a reflective film so that a driver can easily identify a lane and drive safely at night.

In general, lane control rods installed on local roads, national roads, highways, tunnels, etc. are stained with road dust or foreign substances on the outer circumferential surface due to vehicle movement or environmental factors.

Accordingly, there is a problem in that a function of emitting or reflecting light by a headlight of a vehicle running at night to ensure driver's visibility is lost.

Currently, as a large number of vehicle control rods are installed on roads in Korea, it takes a lot of manpower and cost to remove dust or foreign substances on the outer circumference of the marker rods. The cleaning of lane control rods is out of interest, so most of them are left unattended.

As such, there is a problem in that the reflective film of the lane control rods installed on local roads, national roads, highways, tunnels, etc. is left in a dusty state, and visibility is significantly reduced, resulting in traffic accidents and safety accidents.

In addition, due to the accumulation of dust on the reflective film of the lane control rod, the visibility of the driver's lane control rod is reduced, resulting in traffic accidents and frequent collisions of vehicles with the lane control rod, resulting in frequent damage or damage, resulting in increased economic loss due to replacement. there is

Looking at the prior art in this field, the lane regulating rod having a rotating reflector of Utility Model Registration No. 20-0266352 (published date: March 2, 2002) is a body in the form of a circular rod as shown in FIG. A plurality of reflectors that emit light due to reflection of light are provided on the outer circumferential surface of the member, and a lane control rod equipped with a fixture attached and fixed to the road surface in the center of the road and on the side of the road using a predetermined fastener at the lower part of the body member in

A rotor provided on the upper part of the body member and having a plurality of blades formed on an outer circumferential surface thereof so as to be rotated by the wind, and provided in a circular shape at the upper and lower ends of the blades of the rotor to support or prevent damage to the blades. wing support member to prevent

And, a washing spiral bar having a predetermined width on the lower surface of the lower wing feather support member of the feather and having a plurality of attachments and fixings at regular intervals and spirally extending downward along the outer circumferential surface of the body member by a predetermined length, and at the lower end of the washing spiral bar Disclosed is a lane control bar composed of a circular spiral bar support member into which the body member is inserted and supporting and fixing the cleaning spiral bar, and a brush formed on an inner surface of the cleaning spiral bar to contact and rub against an outer circumferential surface of the body member.

The prior art of FIG. 1 has a configuration in which a rotor 20 having blades 21 on the top and a cleaning spiral bar having a plurality of reflectors 60 and brushes 50 are integrally formed on the bottom of the rotor 20.

The lane control rod of FIG. 1 is configured so that the rotor 20 rotates around the bolt when the lane control rod is inserted into the washing spiral bar and the bolt 70 penetrating the center of the rotor 20 is coupled to the upper end of the lane control rod. .

Therefore, when the blades of the rotor 20 are rotated by the wind, the washing spiral bar integrally formed with the rotor rotates together, and the brush 50 formed inside the washing spiral bar is rotated to clean the outer surface of the lane regulation rod to clean the lane regulation rod reflector ( 200) to remove accumulated dust and foreign substances.

That is, when the blade 21 is rotated by the wind, the rotor 20 rotates around the bolt, and at the same time, the washing spiral bar 30 formed to extend integrally at the lower end of the rotor 20 rotates, and at the same time, the washing spiral bar formed inside the washing spiral bar The brush is cleaned while rotating, but at this time, the rotation is stopped due to dust or foreign substances accumulated on the outer surface of the lane control rod, and when the dust is accumulated again by the driving of the vehicle while the rotation is stopped, it is configured to rotate in natural wind. Since the rotor is not applied with separate power, the cleaning spiral bar is stopped and dust continues to accumulate and it does not work, so it has not been put to practical use in the field.

In addition, since the wing blades 22 of the rotor 20 have a structure in which they can be rotated only when they are in direct contact with the wind, there is no problem on windy days, but on days when the wind blows weakly, the rotation of the wings cannot be increased, so the washing spiral bar There is a problem in that the lane control bar cannot be washed because rotational force is weak or not rotated due to frictional resistance.

Korea Registered Utility Model Publication No. 20-0266352
