It includes a pair of elastic members inserted between the first compression part and the second compression part, and as the first cylinder moves forward and backward, the first compression part also moves forward and backward, and the coating part is used to form the workpiece. Since the process of forming a coating layer on the outer circumferential surface and polishing the edges of the workpiece is solved in one process, it is an invention for a mold processing apparatus having a convenient effect because a separate apparatus is not required.
In general, an injection molding mold includes a stationary mold and a movable mold, and when the stationary mold and the movable mold come into close contact, a cavity in which a product is molded is formed between the stationary mold and the movable mold.
When molten resin is injected and injected into this cavity, a product is molded and when the molded product is cooled and solidified, the molded product is taken out by separating the fixed mold and the movable mold (this is called mold opening).
On the other hand, injection molded products may have a plurality of bosses formed with concave portions into which screws can be inserted and fixed in order to attach the product to other equipment or devices with screws or the like.
A conventional injection molding mold for injection molding a product having such boss portions is schematically shown in FIG. 1 .
The injection molding mold shown in FIG. 1 includes a fixed side mold and a movable side mold. The fixed side mold may include a
In order to mold the boss portion 1a of the molded

However, when the
Therefore, there is a need for an apparatus capable of safely finishing molding of a product without damaging the product after molding.

Due to the difference in viscosity of the coating composition, after preparing the coating layer, a sensory evaluation was conducted on whether a uniform surface was formed. Evaluation was conducted on whether or not a uniform coating layer was formed, and the evaluation was conducted according to the following criteria.
