Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a multifunctional mask manufacturing apparatus, and more particularly, to a multifunctional mask manufacturing apparatus implemented to prevent contamination of manufacturing equipment by collecting dust that may be generated in the manufacturing process of a mask.
In general, a face mask is one of the household items worn around the nose and mouth to prevent harmful substances such as yellow dust or fine dust from entering the human respiratory tract. It consists of a front filter for filtering out the front filter and an ear band that allows the front filter to be worn by hanging it on the ear.
In recent years, due to not only air pollution such as yellow dust and fine dust, but also the global spread of infectious diseases such as corona virus, the amount of health face masks has increased significantly to the extent that they have become necessities of life.
This health face mask is a mask that blocks the penetration of viruses by filtering human droplets (saliva droplets), which are the main transmission medium of viruses that cause infectious diseases, from leaking out of the respiratory tract or entering the respiratory tract of others. A non-woven health face mask made of a non-woven fabric that is layered and then bonded by heat or ultrasonic waves is widely used.
These health face masks are usually composed of a mask body and elastic material ear bands fixed to both sides of the mask body, and in particular, a bending member such as a metal wire is inserted into the nose of recent face mask products, so that the wearer Products that can be easily bent to fit the shape of one's nose and adhered to it are basically popular.
In addition, the mask body is composed of an outer skin and an inner skin obtained by cutting and bonding a nonwoven fabric of a thermoplastic resin material such as polyethylene or nylon. A nano filter member may be further disposed between the outer skin and the inner skin to increase filtration performance of fine substances.
Conventionally, most of the parts of the cut non-woven fabric to manufacture the above-mentioned health face mask have been manufactured by a method in which workers manually fuse and bond each part of the nonwoven fabric by heat or ultrasonic waves. Due to the rapid increase in demand, mask manufacturing devices that automate the process of supplying and cutting non-woven fabrics and fusing and bonding each part of the cut mask with heat or ultrasonic waves are gradually becoming popular.
