Claims (11)
- 발포층, 유리 섬유층, 인쇄층, 기재층 및 아크릴 수지 조성물의 표면 처리층을 포함하고;
상기 표면 처리층은,
단위 면적 당(0.1 mm X 0.1 mm) 5 내지 20개의 주름을 포함하는 표면 구조를 가지며,
퓨리에 변환-적외선 분광 측정 시, 799±2 cm-1, 1088±0.3 cm-1 및 1258±0.6 cm-1에서 피크를 갖는 바닥재.
- 제1항에 있어서,
표면 처리층의 표면 조도(Ra)는 2㎛ 이하인 바닥재.
- 제1항에 있어서,
표면 처리층의 평균 두께는 10㎛ 내지 30㎛인 바닥재.
- 제1항에 있어서,
표면 광택도가 글로스(Gloss) 60° 조건 하에서 3 미만인 바닥재.
- 제1항에 있어서,
발포층의 발포 밀도는 100 kg/㎥ 내지 500 kg/㎥인 바닥재.
- 제1항에 있어서,
발포층의 평균 두께는 0.5 ㎜ 내지 5 ㎜인 바닥재.
- 기재층 상에 도포된 아크릴 수지 조성물에, 공기 중에서 200㎚ 내지 400㎚ 파장의 광을 조사하여 조성물을 일부 경화시키는 제1 광 조사 단계,
300㎚ 미만 파장의 광을 조사하여 일부 경화된 조성물 표면에 주름을 유도하는 제2 광 조사 단계, 및
질소 가스 (N2) 조건 하에서, 표면에 주름이 유도된 조성물에 200㎚ 내지 400㎚ 파장의 광을 조사하여 표면 처리층을 형성하는 제3 광 조사 단계를 포함하고;
상기 표면 처리층은,
단위 면적 당(0.1 mm X 0.1 mm) 5 내지 20개의 주름을 포함하는 표면 구조를 가지며,
퓨리에 변환-적외선 분광 측정 시, 799±2 cm-1, 1088±0.3 cm-1 및 1258±0.6 cm-1에서 피크를 갖는 바닥재의 제조방법.
- 제7항에 있어서,
다관능성 실리콘 아크릴레이트 올리고머의 함량은 다관능성 우레탄 아크릴레이트 올리고머 100 중량부에 대하여 5 내지 20 중량부인 바닥재의 제조방법.
- 제7항에 있어서,
아크릴 수지 조성물은,
다관능성 우레탄 아크릴레이트 올리고머 100 중량부에 대하여,
다관능성 실리콘 아크릴레이트 올리고머 10 내지 30 중량부,
단관능성 아크릴레이트 모노머 20 내지 40 중량부, 및
다관능성 아크릴레이트 모노머 110 내지 150 중량부를 포함하는 바닥재의 제조방법.
- 제7항에 있어서,
아크릴 수지 조성물은, 폴리우레탄, 폴리에틸렌, 폴리프로필렌, 폴리아미드, 폴리메틸(메트)아크릴레이트, 폴리카보네이트, 폴리메틸 우레아 및 폴리테트라플르오로에틸렌으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상의 고분자를 포함하는 고분자 비드를 더 포함하는 바닥재의 제조방법.
- 제10항에 있어서,
고분자 비드의 함량은 아크릴 수지 조성물의 고형분 100 중량부에 대하여 5 내지 15 중량부인 바닥재의 제조방법.
