Description
The present invention relates to a labeling method.
In addition, the present invention relates to a method for attaching a release paper label container using an automated device, and more particularly, to an automated method for attaching a release paper label that can accurately and stably attach a label to a container through an automated device and select defective products. will be.
Labels are attached to general containers in a form that matches the characteristics of each product to mark the date of manufacture and protect the product. Conventionally, manual labeling has been the mainstream, which requires a lot of time loss and attaching personnel, and productivity may be reduced due to problems such as erroneous attachment and label damage due to manual attachment.
Moreover, labels have various characteristics for each label according to various shapes, sizes, and different attachment targets.
More technical activities are required to increase it.
As a conventional label attaching method, a method of attaching a label using a label separating device and an attaching device to a predetermined position of an attachment object transferred by a conveyor and logistics movement between workers and the like is representative. In this method, when the release paper is continuously supplied through a reel and fed by a driving roller, the label is placed on standby at the adsorption standby position, and the vacuum adsorption plate disposed on the top of the adsorption standby position is lowered to vacuum the label. After adsorption, it is transferred and attached to the attachment target location through rotational and linear motion. In this way, after peeling the label according to the stand-by position of the label, the label may be attached after performing alignment with respect to the X-axis and the Y-axis at the stand-by position for attaching the label.
As another method, there is a method in which the label is adsorbed and peeled off from the release paper, and the adsorbed and peeled label is transferred to an attachment position and attached to a predetermined position.
As described above, although various label peeling and attachment technologies have been developed, the current label peeling and attachment method is difficult to actively respond to batteries for tablets having various shapes and characteristics that change rapidly. For example, there is a limitation of high-speed peeling for labels. That is, when the release paper is moved by the driving roller and the release paper is peeled off at an excessive speed, the stop position of the label may be misaligned, and the occurrence rate of defects such as bending of the label may increase. This is closely related to the limit of productivity. And, in the case of a reel-type label, when the label is peeled off and then waiting at the attachment position, a curl phenomenon in which the label is curled may occur due to the characteristics of the reel. When such a phenomenon occurs, it is difficult to secure an accurate position when aligning the label, and accordingly, there is a disadvantage in that it is not possible to secure the accuracy for the attachment position.
