Description
The present invention relates to a ship damage prevention fender capable of preventing the painted surface of a moored ship from peeling off. It relates to a fender for preventing ship damage.
In general, when fishing boats, merchant ships, oil tankers, etc. are moored on the quay wall, fenders are installed on the quay wall to minimize the peeling of paint painted on the hull of port facilities or ships or to absorb the berthing energy. do.
The fender, which is the port facility, is manufactured to prevent shock and damage to the vessel by laminating rubber as shown in Korean Utility Model Publication No. 20-2014-0002644, and filling the interior with air.
The fender has a disadvantage in that when the body made of rubber directly faces the ship, the fender with low hardness is damaged a lot because the hardness of the ship is high, and the life of the fender is shortened.
In order to solve the above problem, a chain is connected to the outer circumferential surface of the fender in a grid form, and an auxiliary fender connected to a tire at the intersection of the chain is combined so that the ship is in contact with the tire rather than directly contacting the fender, so that the life of the fender can be extended.
However, since the fender has an externally connected chain that is cross-connected between the tire and the tire or inside the tire, the metal chain comes into contact with the vessel and the paint surface of the vessel is peeled off in the process of the vessel interviewing the tire. There was a problem that the phenomenon occurred.
Accordingly, the present inventor has researched and developed the present invention to solve the problems of the conventionally used fenders mentioned above.
