Abstract
Description
An embodiment of the present invention relates to a coupling structure of a grating cover capable of installing and fixing the grating cover in a simple and easy manner on the upper portion of the grating in order to prevent the inflow of foreign substances into the drain.
In general, when rainwater is generated intensively due to rainfall, it may cause inundation in a specific area. Therefore, a drainage channel provided with a separate drain hole for collecting rainwater is formed on the road or sidewalk side.
For the safety of pedestrians or vehicles, the drain hole consists of an end bar seated at both ends of the drain hole, a plurality of bearing bars connecting both end bars, and a plurality of cross bars intersecting the bearing bars for reinforcement of the bearing bars. A grating forming a drain hole is installed.
However, since the conventional grating has a large drainage hole formed by the bearing bar and the crossbar for smooth drainage of rainwater, foreign substances such as garbage or fallen leaves are easily introduced into the drainage hole, and the foreign substances introduced in this way are There was a problem in that it was deposited in the drainage ditch and eventually lowered the drainage capacity of the ditch.
In addition, there is a problem in that the pedestrian's shoes or the heel of the shoe are caught in the drain hole formed in the conventional grating, causing a safety accident in which the pedestrian falls.
In order to solve the above problems, a method of covering a cover having a small drainage hole on the top of the grating has been developed, but in the past, the coupling structure and method of the cover for the grating and the grating are complicated or the bonding strength is poor, and there are practical problems in production and use. There were many.
Embodiments of the present invention are to provide a coupling structure of the grating cover that can be installed simply and easily to prevent the inflow of foreign substances into the drain while smoothly maintaining drainage through the grating.
And, embodiments of the present invention is to provide a coupling structure of the grating and the grating cover that can maximize the fixing force of the grating cover.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, a plurality of bearing bars are installed at regular intervals along the longitudinal direction of the end bars to connect between the end bars on both sides, and a cross bar intersected on the bearing bars to reinforce the bearing bars. grating; a grating cover provided on the grating to prevent foreign substances from entering the drain through the grating, the grating cover having a plurality of drain holes; a binding member installed on the grating before the grating cover is provided, one side of which is caught by the bearing bar of the grating and the other side is overlapped and supported by overlapping up and down while surrounding the cross bar; and a fastening member that passes through the drain hole and is coupled to an overlapping upper and lower portion of the other side of the binding member to fix the grating cover to the grating using the binding member as a medium. do.
Here, one side of the binding member may include a supporter portion caught on the upper surface of the bearing bar adjacent to each other of the grating, and the other side of the binding member is an in-circle overlapping up and down while surrounding the crossbar of the grating from the bottom to the top. It may include a fastening part.
In this case, the supporter portion of the binding member may be formed to be larger than the spacing between the bearing bars adjacent to each other, and the in-circle portion of the binding member may be formed to be less than or equal to the spacing between the bearing bars adjacent to each other.
In addition, it is preferable that the other side of the binding member is formed of a metal material or a reinforced plastic material that can be overlapped up and down while surrounding the crossbar by human force.
On the other hand, a first reinforcing forming part and a second reinforcing forming part for reinforcing the binding member may be respectively formed on one side and the other side of the binding member.
Here, the second reinforcing forming portion may be overlapped with the first reinforcing forming portion when the other side of the binding member is vertically overlapped while surrounding the crossbar.
In this case, the fastening member may be integrally fastened to the overlapping portion of the first and second reinforcing forming parts.
According to embodiments of the present invention, one side of the binding member is supported on the bearing part of the grating and the other side of the binding member is surrounded by the crossbar of the grating while overlapping the top and bottom by coupling the grating cover to the overlapping portion of the binding member. There is an advantage in that the forward movement of the binding member is restricted to maximize the fixing force of the grating cover.
And, according to the embodiments of the present invention, the grating cover can be easily and easily installed on the grating, so that the installation workability of the grating cover can be improved.
