오존 처리된 물탱크(4) 내부의 물을 제2펌프(43)로 펌핑하여 노즐(26)로 공급하는 물공급관(6)을 포함하되;
상기 포집수단(2)은, 상측 외부연으로 공기배출공(23)이 형성된 밀폐형의 본체(21)와;
