Description
도 2는 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 그라우팅 공법의 순서도이다.

도 4a는 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 그라우팅 공법이 균열이 형성된 콘크리트에 실시되는 모습을 도시한 도면이고, 도 4b는 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 그라우팅 공법이 상대적으로 큰 균열이 형성된 콘크리트에 실시된 도면이다.

Claims (8)
- A제, B제 및 C제를 포함하고, 상기 A제에 상기 C제를 첨가하여 교반한 후 상기 B제를 혼합하여 사용하는 차수제에 있어서,
상기 A제는 물, 산화 마그네슘(Magnesium oxide), 멜라민(Melamine), 아크릴산(Acrylic acid), 아크릴아마이드(Acrylamide), N,N'-메틸렌비스아크릴아마이드(N,N'-methylenebisacrylamide), 이소트리데실 메타크릴레이트(Isotridecyl methacrylate), 실리카 파우더(Silica powder)를 균질 혼합 반응시켜 생성된 혼합물이고,
상기 B제는 소듐실리케이트(Sodium silicate), 암모니아(ammonia), 우레아(urea), 소듐퍼설페이트(Sodium persulfate), 실리카 파우더(Silica powder)를 균질 혼합 반응시켜 생성된 혼합물이고,
상기 C제는 물, 트리에탄올아민(Triethanol amine)을 균질 혼합 반응시켜 생성되는 혼합물인 것을 특징으로하는,
차수제. - 제1 항에 있어서,
상기 A제는,
상기 물에 상기 산화마그네슘 및 상기 멜라민을 교반한 후 상기 아크릴산을 드롭핑하여 생성된 제1 액; 및 상기 물에 상기 아크릴아마이드, 상기 N,N'-메틸렌비스아크릴아마이드 및 상기 이소트리데실 메타크릴레이트를 교반한 제2 액;을 균질 혼합 반응시켜 생성된 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는,
차수제. - 제2 항에 있어서,
상기 제1 액은 물 65~70 중량부, 산화 마그네슘 2~6 중량부, 멜라민 1~5 중량부, 아크릴산 15~25 중량부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는,
차수제. - 제2 항에 있어서,
상기 제1 액은, 상기 아크릴산을 상기 물, 상기 산화 마그네슘 및 상기 멜라민 혼합용액에 드롭핑하면서 혼합용액 온도를 70℃ 이하로 유지하며 제조된 것인,
차수제. - 제2 항에 있어서,
상기 제2 액은 물 55~65 중량부, 아크릴아마이드 25~35 중량부, N,N'-메틸렌비스아크릴아마이드0.2~0.7 중량부, 이소트리데실 메타크릴레이트 10 중량부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는,
차수제. - 제1 항에 있어서,
상기 B제는,
물 65~75 중량부, 소듐실리케이트 15~25 중량부, 암모니아 1~3 중량부, 우레아 4~8 중량부, 소듐퍼설페이트 1~3 중량부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는,
