Description

CONSTRUCTION SLAB STRUCTURE FOR INTERLAYER NOISE PREVENTION OF APARTMENT BUILDING}CONSTRUCTION SLAB STRUCTURE FOR INTERLAYER NOISE PREVENTION OF APARTMENT BUILDING

The present invention relates to an inter-floor noise prevention building slab structure for a multi-family house, and more particularly, by installing a sound absorbing and insulating member having an air layer on the upper part while filling the inside with a liquid, and forming a bridge on the bottom surface of the sound absorbing and insulating member to form two air layers It relates to an inter-floor noise prevention building slab structure for a multi-story house, which forms one liquid layer and relatively improves the inter-floor noise capability.

Currently, in Korea, a lot of apartment houses, such as apartments, villas, and multi-family houses are built, and the inconvenience caused by noise and vibration between floors in these apartment houses is pointed out as a unique inconvenience of apartment houses. In particular, in the case of an apartment house where walls and floors must be shared with neighboring households, the floor impact sound applied to the floor is transmitted to the lower floors due to indoor walking, children's running, falling objects, and moving furniture, etc. The noise and vibration between floors is a situation that causes unpleasant things between neighbors who want to rest in a pleasant and quiet environment.

Accordingly, the government revised the "Regulations on Housing Construction Standards, etc." to reorganize the floor impact sound standards to reduce the noise between floors in apartment houses, especially apartments. According to these regulations, the standard for floor impact sound between floors in an apartment building is divided into a light impact sound of the degree of falling of a small object and a heavy impact sound of the degree of a child jumping, and it is applied to new apartment houses in the future. The standard for floor impact sound refers to a level at which the sound of dragging a table chair is not heard downstairs, and the sound of children running around does not cause discomfort.

Meanwhile, FIG. 1 is a cross-sectional view showing the floor structure of a general apartment house.

As shown in Figure 1, the floor structure of a general apartment house is a cushioning material 21, aerated concrete 22, a finishing mortar 23 and a floor finishing material on the concrete floor slab 12 under the wall 11. 24) are sequentially stacked and constructed. In particular, in the case of Korea, the concrete floor slab 12 was 120 mm until 1999, but is currently being constructed with a thickness of 210 mm.

Specifically, in most current construction sites, it is common to apply a standard floor structure to meet the legal requirements for heavy impact sound. Specifically, the standard floor structure is a method in which the thickness of the slab is increased to reduce the floor impact sound. For example, in the case of a wall structure, the thickness of the concrete floor slab is 210 mm. However, since this standard floor structure is usually constructed thicker than the slab thickness required for structural safety, problems such as increasing the amount of concrete used, increasing the weight of the building, and reducing the effective floor height of the building are inevitably followed. There is a problem with everything.

Recently, the government is also trying to catch the noise between floors, and the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport has discussed with large construction companies a plan to make the thickness of floor slabs (reinforced concrete) from 210 mm to 240 mm.

On the other hand, as a floor structure for preventing noise between floors, a floating floor structure using a wall-fixed steel wire cable for noise reduction between floors, which is a domestic registered patent No. 10-2255604, and its construction method, and a construction method for reducing noise between floors, No. 10-2248256 Floor structures and inter-floor noise prevention building slab structures, No. 10-2301084, are posted.

This floor structure is in the form of a floating floor that forms a space on the upper surface of the slab. It reduces noise between floors by placing steel wires, cushioning materials, and stress distribution layers. Therefore, there is a problem that the reduction ability is relatively low.
