3 is a schematic view for explaining the first cleaning apparatus 100 of the wafer holder foreign material according to an embodiment of the present invention. However, the drawings are not expressed in a strict sense, and there may be components not shown in the drawings for convenience of description.
Referring to FIG. 3 , the first cleaning apparatus 100 includes a
The
The focusing
The
The color of the wafer holder (W) and foreign substances according to an embodiment of the present invention is an important factor in the recipe. The identification tag ID can confirm a typical process that the wafer holder W goes through, but detailed processes that are not actually displayed on the identification tag ID can be identified by the color. In other words, it is possible to identify a process in which the color is not identified by the identification tag ID or is not stored as the identification tag ID. An embodiment of the present invention uses the color as an auxiliary to the identification tag (ID). The additional information identified by the
The
4 is a flowchart illustrating a first cleaning method by the wafer holder foreign material first cleaning apparatus 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention. In this case, the first cleaning apparatus 100 will be referred to in FIG. 3 .
(S18). Referring to FIG. 4 , in the first cleaning method, first, the wafer holder WH is loaded on the work table 30 ( S10 ). Thereafter, the wafer holder WH is photographed with the
In this case, the laser cleaning operation sets the intensity of the laser output, the cleaning speed of the scanner, and the cleaning area in consideration of the state, size, shape, etc. of the foreign material photographed with the
5 is a schematic view for explaining the
