The novel strain of the present invention is a high-temperature Bacillus sp. novel Bacillus haynesii S-R-1 strain (KCCM13043P) which is derived from livestock manure containing pig manure and capable of reducing odor of the livestock manure. Accordingly, a novel microbial strain according to the present invention is derived from high-temperature pig manure, has excellent high-temperature heat resistance and salt resistance, and is funcologically alkaline and aerobic, thereby exhibiting excellent growth power in the livestock manure.
