Among the methods of waterproofing building structures, such as rooftops and terraces, the most commonly used method is the urethane waterproofing method.

The urethane waterproofing method is a method of applying or evenly spreading a liquid material such as high-viscosity paint. Not only is the construction method complicated, but the construction period is long. In addition, the normal urethane waterproofing method is used to prevent changes in external air and structures after construction. Due to expansion or cracking of the urethane coating, the urethane coating may crack or lift and lose its original waterproof function, which has the disadvantage of requiring periodic maintenance even after construction.

In order to solve the shortcomings of such urethane waterproofing method, a PVC waterproofing sheet waterproofing method using PVC waterproofing sheet has been developed in Registered Patent No. 10-0949548 or Publication Patent No. 10-2017-0008345.

The conventional PVC waterproofing sheet waterproofing method, like the urethane waterproofing method, can be constructed relatively more simply than the urethane waterproofing method in that it uses sheets rather than paint, and thus has the advantage of having a shorter construction period. has

However, the conventional PVC waterproof sheet waterproofing method has a problem in that the PVC waterproof sheet is not a strong material, so when an external impact exceeds a critical value, the relevant part is damaged or torn and the original waterproof function is lost.

Therefore, in order to apply the PVC waterproof sheet waterproofing method to places where people frequently enter, such as rooftops or terraces, there is a problem that additional processes are required, such as installing mortar on the construction surface, laying tiles, or installing a deck first.

And when applying the PVC waterproofing sheet waterproofing method, adhesion between PVC waterproofing sheets is important, and currently, the method of using adhesive solvent and the method of using sealing agent are mainstream.

However, when joining PVC waterproof sheets using an adhesive solvent or sealant, construction may be simple, but as time passes after construction, there is a disadvantage in that the adhesive strength decreases due to the adhesion limit or the adhesive area detaches, which is also frequent. Given that maintenance is required, technological development is needed to supplement this.

It is manufactured by adding phthalate, carbon black, and stearic acid and then melting it at a predetermined temperature for a predetermined time.

Here, the PVC resin composition is more preferably a surface-modified recycled PVC powder containing recycled PVC powder, methyltrimethoxysilane, diphenyldiethoxysilane, and phenyltrichlorosilane in a volume ratio of 10:0.3:0.2:0.1. To 100 parts by weight of the composite, 20 to 40 parts by weight of polyethylene, 10 to 30 parts by weight of polypropylene, 5 to 7 parts by weight of dioctyl phthalate, 3 to 5 parts by weight of carbon black, and 2 to 4 parts by weight of stearic acid are added to 200 to 250 parts by weight. Producing a PVC resin composition by adding propylene, dioctyl phthalate, carbon black, and stearic acid and then melting it at a predetermined temperature for a predetermined time; and the prepared PVC resin composition is subjected to known processes such as calendering, molding, and pressing. It includes the step of manufacturing a PVC embossed waterproof sheet through the process.

Here, the method of manufacturing the PVC embossed waterproof sheet is more preferably surface modification in which recycled PVC powder, methyltrimethoxysilane, diphenyldiethoxysilane, and phenyltrichlorosilane are mixed in a volume ratio of 10:0.3:0.2:0.1. After adding 20 to 40 parts by weight of polyethylene, 10 to 30 parts by weight of polypropylene, 5 to 7 parts by weight of dioctyl phthalate, 3 to 5 parts by weight of carbon black, and 2 to 4 parts by weight of stearic acid to 100 parts by weight of recycled PVC powder composite. A step of manufacturing a PVC resin composition by melting at 200-250°C for 3-5 hours, and a step of manufacturing the prepared PVC resin composition into a PVC embossed waterproof sheet through known processes such as calendering, molding, and pressing. Includes etc.

Recycled PVC powder is a composition that is resistant to heat, has an extremely low friction coefficient, prevents corrosion through good chemical resistance, and improves the impact resistance of waterproof sheets when manufactured into PVC embossed waterproof sheets through a coating function. It provides the function of maintaining viscosity, film strength, tensile strength, and weather resistance appropriately.

Here, recycled PVC powder is added at a volume ratio of 10 when manufacturing the surface-modified recycled PVC powder composite. If the volume ratio exceeds 10, adhesion or adhesion becomes stronger when applied to the surface of the structure, but the weight of the waterproof sheet increases, which reduces workability. If the volume ratio is less than 10, it easily peels off from the surface of the structure and the film strength, tensile strength, and weather resistance are reduced, so it is better to have a limited volume ratio as described above.

Methyltrimethoxysilane, as a diluent, maintains a gel state after mixing the above mixtures and provides the function of improving manufacturability in the manufacturing process of waterproof sheets.

Here, methyltrimethoxysilane is added at a volume ratio of 0.3 when manufacturing the surface-modified recycled PVC powder composite. If it exceeds 0.3 volume ratio, the viscosity becomes too large and the mixing ability with the mixture is reduced, and at a volume ratio of 0.3, the viscosity becomes too high. If it is less than that, there is a problem that the storage stability of the mixture is poor and the bonding and adhesiveness are reduced, so it is better to have a limited volume ratio as described above.

Diphenyldiethoxysilane, as a plasticizer, improves viscosity stability after mixing the above mixtures and provides the function of preventing deterioration of manufacturability.

Here, diphenyl diethoxysilane is added at a volume ratio of 0.2 when manufacturing the surface-modified recycled PVC powder composite. If the volume ratio exceeds 0.2, the physical properties of the waterproof sheet are reduced and stickiness occurs when manufacturing the PVC embossed waterproof sheet. If the volume ratio is less than 0.2, plasticization ability is insufficient, viscosity stability is reduced, and manufacturability is reduced, so it is better to have a limited weight portion as described above.

Phenyltrichlorosilane dissolves the above mixtures so that they have high bonding strength to each other, providing waterproofness and abrasion resistance during processing and molding into PVC embossed waterproof sheets, thereby lowering the water permeability ratio and water absorption ratio.

Here, phenyltrichlorosilane is added at a volume ratio of 0.1 when manufacturing the surface-modified recycled PVC powder composite. If the volume ratio of 0.1 is exceeded, the reaction rate of the mixture becomes too fast, thereby reducing agitation and manufacturability, and the 0.1 volume ratio is used. If it is less than that, the reaction rate of the mixtures becomes too slow and the manufacturing time increases, so it is better to have a limited weight portion as described above.

Here, 100 parts by weight of the surface-modified recycled PVC powder composite is mixed with the mixtures. If it exceeds 100 parts by weight, the reaction rate becomes too fast when mixing the mixtures, and the agitation and constructability are reduced, and 100 parts by weight is added. If it is less than , the reaction rate of the mixtures becomes too slow and the working time increases, so it is better to have a limited weight portion as described above.

Polyethylene provides excellent heat resistance, elastic recovery, and wrinkle resistance when manufacturing PVC embossed waterproof sheets using PVC resin compositions.

Here, 20 to 40 parts by weight of polyethylene is mixed with 100 parts by weight of the surface-modified recycled PVC powder composite. If it exceeds 40 parts by weight, the elasticity of the waterproof sheet decreases and is easily broken upon external impact. If it is less than that, there is a problem that the phenomenon of lifting due to wrinkles occurs, so it is better to have a limited weight portion as described above.

Polypropylene provides high adhesive strength and bonding degree when manufacturing PVC embossed waterproof sheets using PVC resin compositions.

Here, 10 to 30 parts by weight of polypropylene is mixed with 100 parts by weight of the surface-modified recycled PVC powder composite. If it exceeds 30 parts by weight, the viscosity increases and manufacturability decreases, and if it is less than 10 parts by weight, the viscosity increases. Since there is a problem of easy peeling due to reduced adhesion to the surface of the structure, it is better to have a limited weight portion as described above.

Dioctyl phthalate improves the ductility and stability of the waterproof sheet when manufacturing the PVC embossed waterproof sheet using a PVC resin composition.

Here, dioctyl phthalate is mixed in an amount of 5 to 7 parts by weight based on 100 parts by weight of the surface-modified recycled PVC powder composite. If it exceeds 7 parts by weight, the ductility and stability of the mixture decreases and the bonding or pressing function deteriorates. If the amount is less than 5 parts by weight, the agitation property of the mixture is greatly reduced and the bonding function and thickness securing function are deteriorated. Therefore, it is better to have the limited weight part as described above.

Carbon black provides physical properties such as durability, heat resistance, chemical resistance, abrasion resistance, and impact resistance by providing a framework for the mixture by combining carbon atoms when manufacturing a PVC embossed waterproof sheet using a PVC resin composition.

Here, 3 to 5 parts by weight of carbon black is mixed with 100 parts by weight of the surface-modified recycled PVC powder composite. If it exceeds 5 parts by weight, it hardens quickly and the molding and processability of the PVC embossed waterproof sheet deteriorates. Wear resistance and impact resistance are greatly reduced, and if the amount is less than 3 parts by weight, there is a problem that it is easily broken even by a small impact when applied to the surface of the structure. Therefore, it is better to have a limited weight part as described above.

Stearic acid provides the function of improving the waterproofness of the waterproof sheet when manufacturing a PVC embossed waterproof sheet using a PVC resin composition.

Here, stearic acid is mixed in an amount of 2 to 4 parts by weight per 100 parts by weight of the surface-modified recycled PVC powder composite. If it exceeds 4 parts by weight, the adhesion or adhesion to the surface of the structure decreases, and if it is less than 2 parts by weight, the adhesion or adhesion strength decreases when applied to the surface of the structure. In this case, there is a problem that waterproofness is reduced, so it is better to have a limited weight portion as described above.

Meanwhile, in the present invention, after polyethylene, polypropylene, dioctyl phthalate, carbon black, and stearic acid are added to the surface-modified recycled PVC powder composite, it is melted at 200-250°C for 3-5 hours under the above conditions. If it exceeds the above condition, overswelling occurs or the viscosity becomes high, and if it is less than the above condition, there is a problem in that the swelling ratio decreases. Therefore, it is better to improve the stirring properties through the above temperature and time.

Hereinafter, a waterproofing method using a PVC embossed waterproof sheet manufactured according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described as follows.

Afterwards, the PVC embossed waterproofing sheet is attached or adhered before the coating layer or adhesive layer on the concrete surface is cured.

Here, the PVC embossed waterproof sheet has a rolled structure with a predetermined width and a length longer than the width, and is constructed on the concrete surface by attaching or adhering the lower surface of the PVC embossed waterproof sheet to the concrete surface.

At this time, when the PVC embossed waterproof sheet has a predetermined width and adjacent PVC embossed waterproof sheets must be jointed, a mesh tape having a width of 50 mm to 70 mm is used with the width direction edges of the PVC embossed waterproof sheet facing each other. After being attached to the facing portion of the polyester nonwoven fabric, urethane sealant can be applied and installed to a width of 100 mm on the upper surface of the polyester nonwoven fabric while covering the mesh tape to form a reinforcing layer.

Meanwhile, in the present invention, it is preferable that the space between the concrete surface and the PVC embossed waterproof sheet is communicated with the outside through a separate air vent per 200 m 2 so that moisture on the concrete surface is discharged to the outside through the air vent.
