Claims (5)
- 가축분뇨를 분과 뇨로 분리하는 제 1단계;
상기 분리된 뇨를 40 내지 70℃에서 7 내지 10일 동안 호기성 발효하는 발효공정을 반복적으로 4회 수행하여 제 1발효원물을 형성하는 제 2단계;
상기 제 1발효원물을 침전시켜 제 1상등액을 분리해내는 제 3단계;
상기 제 1상등액에 첨가물을 첨가한 후, 여과시켜 여액을 분리하여 제 1여과물을 형성하는 제 4단계;
상기 제 1여과물을 침전시켜 제 2상등액을 분리해내는 제 5단계;
상기 제 2상등액에 유익미생물을 첨가한 후, 여과시켜 여액을 분리하여 제 2여과물을 형성하는 제 6단계;
폭기장치를 이용하여 상기 제 2여과물을 활성화시켜 활성슬러지혼합물을 형성하는 제 7단계;
상기 활성슬러지혼합물을 7 내지 10일 동안 숙성하며 침전시켜 제 3상등액을 분리해내는 제 8단계; 및
상기 제 3상등액을 침전시켜 제 4상등액을 분리해내어 액비원료를 형성하는 제 9단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 기능성 발효액비의 제조방법. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 제 2단계는,
상기 분리된 뇨를 60 내지 70℃에서 7일 동안 호기성 발효하여 1차 발효물을 형성하는 제 2-1단계와,
상기 1차 발효물을 50 내지 60℃에서 7일 동안 호기성 발효하여 2차 발효물을 형성하는 제 2-2단계와,
상기 2차 발효물을 50 내지 55℃에서 7일 동안 호기성 발효하여 3차 발효물을 형성하는 제 2-3단계와,
상기 3차 발효물을 40 내지 50℃에서 10일 동안 호기성 발효하여 4차 발효물을 형성하는 제 2-4단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 기능성 발효액비의 제조방법. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 첨가물은,
셀레늄(Se), 나트륨(Na) 및 규산(H4SiO4) 중에서 어느 하나 이상으로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 기능성 발효액비의 제조방법. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 유익미생물은,
아스로박터 균주(Arthrobactor sp.) 또는 파라코커스균인 것을 특징으로 하는 기능성 발효액비의 제조방법. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 제 7단계는,
상기 제 2여과물을 미세폭기장치를 이용하여 호기성 발효시킨 후, 숙성시켜 제 1활성혼합물을 형성하는 제 7-1단계와,
상기 제 1활성혼합물을 가열하는 제 7-2단계와,
상기 가열된 제 1활성혼합물을 여과시켜 제 1활성여액을 형성하는 제 7-3단계와,
상기 제 1활성여액을 마이크로폭기장치를 이용하여 호기성 발효시켜 제 2활성혼합물을 형성하는 제 7-4단계와,
상기 발효된 제 2활성혼합물을 교반하면서 반자성체 필터볼을 통해 오염물질을 제거하여 활성슬러지혼합물을 형성하는 제 7-5단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 기능성 발효액비의 제조방법.
