도 3은 본 발명의 일실시예에 따른 커넥터가 장착된 배터리 셀의 형태를 설명하기 위해 나타낸 도면.
도 4는 본 발명의 일실시예에 따른 커넥터가 장착된 배터리 모듈의 형태를 설명하기 위해 나타낸 도면.
도 5a 내지 도 5c는 본 발명의 일실시예에 따른 배터리 모듈에 선택적으로 장착되는 각각 꽃음형 커넥터, 스위치 내림형 커넥터, 하네스형 끼움형 커넥터의 형상을 나타낸 도면.

Claims (7)
- 셀(cell)과 연결 접속되는 도전성 와이어 및 상기 도전성 와이어 상에 양극단자 및 음극단자와의 전기적 연결을 위한 커넥터를 포함하고,
상기 커넥터는, 스위치 내림형 커넥터이고,
상기 스위치 내림형 커넥터는, 일측이 셀(cell)과 연결 접속되어 있는 도전성 와이어의 타측을 커넥터의 전선 홈에 삽입한 후 스위치를 내리고, 또 다른 셀(cell)과 연결 접속되어 있는 도전성 와이어를 커넥터의 전선 홈에 삽입한 후 스위치를 내리면 커넥터의 내부에 형성되어 있는 전기접속부재에 의해 전기가 통하는 형태이며,
상기 셀(cell)은, 파우치형 셀인 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 모듈. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 양극 및 음극의 전극 단자를 갖는 복수의 전지의 인접하는 상기 전극 단자 사이를 접속하는 전극 단자 접속부를 가지며, 상기 전극 단자 접속부는 양극 단자의 상부에 위치하며 양극 단자와 연결된 도전성 와이어 및 상기 도전성 와이어가 수용되는 커넥터로 구성되고, 상기 커넥터가 인접하는 전지의 음극 단자와 연결되는 것을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 배터리 모듈. - 삭제
- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 도전성 와이어의 재질은 구리(Cu), 금(Au), 은(Ag), 백금(Pt), 알루미늄(Al) 중에서 선택되는 금속류인 것을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 배터리 모듈. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 도전성 와이어의 재질은 폴리아닐린, 폴리피롤, 폴리아세틸렌 중에서 선택되는 전도성고분자(conducting polymer)인 것을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 배터리 모듈. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 도전성 와이어는 절연성수지로 피복되어 있는 것을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 배터리 모듈.
