Description
The present invention relates to a multi-layer bio-cellulose sheet mask in which a hydrogel is combined with bio-cellulose, which is a representative material of the sheet mask, and a method for manufacturing the same. By manufacturing a gel-coated multi-layered bio-cellulose sheet mask, a hydrogel-coated multi-layer bio-cellulose sheet with improved ease of use while maintaining excellent skin adhesion and active ingredient delivery, which are the advantages of bio-cellulose, It relates to a mask and a method for manufacturing the same.
Bio-cellulose (BC) is a material obtained through microbial fermentation, and unlike cellulose manufactured from wood or pulp, it is an eco-friendly material with a nano-fiber structure and is widely applied and used in sheet masks.
Bio-cellulose has excellent adhesion to the skin and high liquid retention, so it can effectively deliver active ingredients to the skin, but it has a problem of being easily damaged (tearing) when used due to its softer and softer texture than vegetable cellulose. Therefore, it is difficult to unfold the folded sheet mask when using it, and it is difficult to attach to the skin because it is not fixed in a certain shape.
Therefore, most of the general bio-cellulose sheet masks are manufactured by attaching a support using a non-woven fabric, film, or mesh-type material to one or both sides of the bio-cellulose sheet. We are solving the problem of sticking together.
Here, when the bio-cellulose sheet mask is applied to the skin without removing the support, the flexibility of the bio-cellulose is reduced due to the support attached to the bio-cellulose, so that the skin adhesion, which is an inherent advantage of the bio-cellulose material, is reduced. For this reason, in normal use, the support is removed and then attached to the skin.
However, in the case of such a sheet mask, it is not easy to remove the support, and in the process of attaching to the skin after removing the support, the bio-cellulose sheets stick to each other again, so there is still a problem in that it is difficult to attach to the skin.
Separately, as in Korean Patent Application Laid-Open No. 10-2017-0003098 filed by the same applicant of the present invention, the mask pack sheet is made of bio-cellulose produced by a bio-cellulose-producing strain cultured in a culture medium containing black beans. Efforts are being made to solve the above-mentioned problems by changing the physical properties of bio-cellulose itself, such as reinforcing the elasticity and tensile strength of bio-cellulose fibers by manufacturing, but this also solves only the problem that the bio-cellulose sheet is easily damaged and However, it is a situation that does not solve the problems that the bio-cellulose sheets stick to each other and are difficult to unfold when used or difficult to adhere to the skin.
On the other hand, recent sheet masks have appeared in the form of products printed with various colors or patterns in order to impart aesthetic characteristics as well as cosmetic effects on the skin.
However, in the case of bio-cellulose, it is not easy to dye or print like non-woven fabrics or cotton fibers, which are commonly used sheet mask materials, so most are manufactured in the form of a transparent white sheet. Various studies are being attempted.
For example, in Korean Patent Registration No. 10-1638371, a bio-cellulose sheet is immersed in a natural extract solution at room temperature for 2 to 4 hours, and then the bio-cellulose-immersed solution is heated at 90° C. to 100° C. for 30 minutes. By repeating the process of washing with purified water one or more times, a method for producing a colored bio-cellulose sheet using a natural material is disclosed.
However, the prior art as described above can simply color the bio-cellulose sheet with a single color, and cannot dye or print various types of patterns or colors on the bio-cellulose sheet, so there is a limit to improving the aesthetics. .
Accordingly, the present inventors have conducted research from various angles to solve the above problems, and as a result, a bio-cellulose sheet mask having a multi-layered structure is manufactured, but the layer in contact with the skin surface is formed of a bio-cellulose layer, and the skin of the bio-cellulose layer When a hydrogel layer is formed by coating or spraying a hydrogel solution on the opposite side of the contact surface, the hydrogel layer formed on one side of the biocellulose layer adheres to each other while maintaining excellent skin adhesion, which is an inherent advantage of biocellulose. It was confirmed that it is easy to spread when used by preventing it from being used, and it is convenient to apply to the skin, as well as providing an aesthetic feeling by containing pigments, beads, raw materials, etc. in the hydrogel layer.
Accordingly, it is an object of the present invention to provide a multi-layer bio-cellulose sheet mask coated with a hydrogel that is easy to spread and convenient to apply to the face by preventing bio-cellulose from sticking to each other while maintaining excellent skin adhesion of bio-cellulose.
In addition, another object of the present invention is to provide a bio-cellulose sheet mask with improved aesthetics by printing various types of patterns or colors by containing pigments, beads, and raw materials in the hydrogel layer coated or sprayed on one side of the bio-cellulose. There is a purpose.
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a bio-cellulose sheet mask having a multi-layer structure, comprising: a bio-cellulose layer; and a hydrogel layer formed on one surface of the bio-cellulose layer; provides a hydrogel-coated multi-layer bio-cellulose sheet mask comprising a.
As described above, the present invention produces a multi-layer bio-cellulose sheet mask in which a hydrogel layer is formed on one surface of bio-cellulose, thereby maintaining excellent skin adhesion of bio-cellulose while preventing bio-cellulose from sticking to each other, making it easy to spread and easy to spread. It has the advantage of being convenient to apply.
In addition, various types of patterns or colors can be printed on the hydrogel layer coated or sprayed on one surface of the bio-cellulose, thereby improving the aesthetics of the bio-cellulose sheet mask.

The hydrogel layer is formed to be bonded to one surface of the bio-cellulose layer by coating or spraying a hydrogel solution on one surface of the bio-cellulose layer to cool and gel.
Therefore, the multi-layer bio-cellulose sheet mask of the present invention forms a hydrogel layer on one side of the bio-cellulose layer, and the other side of the bio-cellulose layer on which the hydrogel layer is formed on the one side is in contact with the skin, so that the excellent skin adhesion of bio-cellulose is While maintaining, the hydrogel layer formed on one surface of the bio-cellulose layer prevents the bio-cellulose from sticking to each other, so it is easy to spread and convenient to apply to the face.

On the other hand, in the spraying step of the hydrogel solution, as in the (2) hydrogel solution coating step of the above-mentioned <
(4) hydrogel layer formation step
This step is a step of cooling and gelling the sprayed hydrogel solution to form a hydrogel layer, and the sprayed hydrogel solution is cooled and gelled to form a hydrogel layer.
In this case, the cooling of the injected hydrogel solution may be performed by any one method selected from a method using natural cooling, a method using a cooling tunnel, and a method using these in combination, but the present invention is not limited thereto, and in general It goes without saying that the method may be performed by various well-known methods.
On the other hand, even in the hydrogel layer forming step, a specific color is expressed by additionally containing a dye, a bead and/or a raw material in the hydrogel layer as in the (3) hydrogel solution spraying step described above, or a hydrogel in the form of a decoration attached thereto It is also possible to form a gel layer, and by printing an image such as a specific pattern or pattern on the hydrogel layer, it is possible to improve the aesthetics of the sheet mask.
In this case, the type of the image printed on the hydrogel layer is not particularly limited, and may be selected and used in various ways according to the customer's preference. For example, the image may be printed with at least one type of image selected from the group consisting of animals, plants, characters, natural shapes, geometric patterns, and human faces, and the method of forming the image is also specifically It is not limited, and various methods known in the art to print a specific image on the hydrogel layer may be used without limitation.
As described above, the hydrogel-coated multi-layer bio-cellulose sheet mask of the present invention is cooled and gelled by coating or spraying a hydrogel solution on the bio-cellulose layer and one surface of the bio-cellulose layer through the manufacturing method as described above. It has a laminated structure in the order of the hydrogel layers to be formed. Therefore, the hydrogel-coated multi-layer bio-cellulose sheet mask of the present invention has the advantage of being easy to spread and convenient to apply to the face while maintaining the excellent skin adhesion of the bio-cellulose while preventing the bio-cellulose from adhering to each other. In addition, various types of patterns or colors can be printed on the hydrogel layer, and thus, there is an effect of improving the aesthetics of the bio-cellulose sheet mask.
