Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a method for producing a chain-type seedling pot and a chain-type seedling pot manufactured by the method, and more particularly, to a method for producing a chain-type seedling pot used for seedling and transplanting crops such as vegetables and flowers, and to a method for producing a chain-type seedling pot manufactured by the method It is about a chain-type seedling pot.
In general, chain seedling pots form a continuum by connecting individual flowerpots in the shape of a square or hexagonal cylinder formed by spreading a thin film such as paper or paper with a connecting piece, overlapping the continuum and attaching the overlapped continuum with a water-soluble adhesive made in the structure.
The chain-type seedling pots as described above are stored in a folded state when stored, and spread like a honeycomb when in use, so that a plurality of individual seedling pots are densely aggregated. By sowing in the field, it is possible to intensively cultivate a large number of seedlings. In addition, since the water-soluble adhesive deteriorates due to watering during seedling, if one end is pulled after seeding for a predetermined period of time, the overlapping continuums are separated and drawn out in a line, so using a grounding type simple transplanter Allow seedlings to be transplanted continuously.
In this way, the chain-type seedling pot manufactured using paper that is biodegradable and that can withstand soil and water during the seedling period has to be transplanted by pulling out the stem of the crop. All of the disadvantages of plastic seedling pots can be solved, but separate manufacturing machinery is required, and in order to maintain the hexagonal shape of the seedling pot, there are many restrictions in manufacturing because paper with a basis weight of 60 g or less must be used. There is a problem that the seedlings cannot be grown.
Accordingly, it is an object of the present invention to withstand soil and water during the seedling period, and to allow a paper seedling pot together with a crop to be continuously buried in the ground and be biodegradable during transplantation, and a chain produced by the method It is to provide a type seedling pot.
Another object of the present invention is to provide a chain-type seedling pot manufacturing method capable of significantly reducing production costs through the simplification of the manufacturing method, and a chain-type seedling pot manufactured thereby.
Another object of the present invention is to provide a method for manufacturing a chain-type seedling pot, which can be manufactured to maintain a hexagonal shape without being limited by the basis weight of paper, and a chain-type seedling pot manufactured thereby.
