Description

외관 품질이 향상된 편성물 기재의 인공피혁의 제조방법{method of manufacturing artificial leather by knitted fabric with improved appearance}Method of manufacturing artificial leather by knitted fabric with improved appearance

The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing artificial leather based on a knitted fabric with improved appearance quality.

Artificial leather is made by impregnating a nonwoven fabric formed by three-dimensional entanglement of ultrafine fibers with an elastic polymer and raising the surface. It is widely used in various fields such as furniture and automobile interior materials.

However, artificial leather of such a non-woven base material is expensive and difficult to manufacture, which increases the manufacturing cost, becomes non-uniform due to density difference between parts, is thick for use in clothing, lacks flexibility and elasticity, and has color transfer. There are problems that arise.

To solve this problem, artificial leather based on a knitted fabric is being developed.

According to the manufacturing method of the suede-like artificial leather of the circular knitted structure of the Republic of Korea Patent No. 0813459, it is composed of a dissolution component and a fiber-forming component, and after dissolution, a single yarn fineness of 0.03 to 0.3 denier polyester-based island-in-the-sea yarn or split yarn of 20 to 30 %, high shrinkage polyester filaments of 1 to 3 denier single yarn fineness of 1 to 3 denier are interlaced to circular knit, dyed, dried, then polyurethane is applied, washed with water and de-DMF, buffing, weight loss, drying and tumbler process A method for producing a circular knitted suede artificial leather is described, characterized in that

In this manufacturing method, after spinning the island-in-the-sea yarn, it is necessary to perform a weight reduction process for microfine fibers.

This is inefficient compared to the method of manufacturing by direct spinning of microfibers, the texture deteriorates due to the invasion of microfibers due to weight loss, and the part originally occupied by the sea component remains as a void, and the appearance deteriorates as the density decreases. .

In order to solve the above problems, an object of the present invention is to provide a method for manufacturing artificial leather that improves the appearance quality through a simplified process.

In order to solve the above problems, the present invention includes the steps of preparing a yarn by braiding a polyester microfiber having a single yarn fineness of 0.01 to 0.5 denier and a polyester filament having a single yarn fineness of 1 to 5 denier; manufacturing a knitted fabric of circular knitted or warp knitted tissue with the yarn; a shrinking step of shrinking the knitted fabric to obtain a shrinkable fabric; an impregnation step of impregnating the shrink fabric with polyurethane to obtain an impregnated fabric; A raising step of obtaining an impregnated cloth in which raising is formed by grinding on the surface of the impregnated cloth; and a dyeing step of dyeing the impregnated fabric on which the brushing is formed.

In addition, the present invention relates to an artificial leather in which polyurethane is impregnated with a knitted yarn made of a polyester microfiber having a single yarn fineness of 0.01 to 0.5 denier and a polyester filament having a single yarn fineness of 1 to 5 denier. It provides an artificial leather of a knitted material with improved appearance quality, characterized in that the coefficient is 0.240 to 0.250.

According to the present invention, the weight reduction process is omitted by shrinking the knitted fabric made of the polyester microfiber and the normal polyester yarn braid. Due to this, the manufacturing process is simplified and economical, there is no infringement of microfibers, and the density of the knitted fabric is increased, so that the appearance quality and feel of artificial leather are finally improved.

The present invention produces an interlaced yarn in which a polyester microfiber and a normal polyester yarn are interlaced with each other as a yarn, and a circular knit or warp knitted structure is prepared with the yarn and contracted, and then the knitted material is impregnated with an elastic body and ground. It relates to artificial leather with improved appearance quality.

The polyester microfiber, which is manufactured by direct spinning and has a fineness of 0.01 to 0.5 denier, may represent a natural suede feeling and a soft touch.

At this time, if the fineness is less than 0.01 denier, it is difficult to interlace with a normal polyester yarn, and if it exceeds 0.5 denier, the increase in density in the knitted fabric is insignificant and the feel of artificial leather may deteriorate.

상기 폴리에스테르사는 1~5 데니어의 DTY(Draw Textured Yarn)를 사용할 수 있다. The polyester yarn may use 1-5 denier DTY (Draw Textured Yarn).

The interlaced yarn is processed using a general air blending device and may be used with a number of 50 to 150 bridges/m.

When the number of bridges is less than 50/m, it is difficult to show a uniform appearance with a suede-like feel when forming brushing. .

In the circular knitting (CIRCULAR KNIT) tissue knitting operation according to the present invention, the interlaced yarn can be circular-knitted with a double-sided interlock or double-sided double-sided tissue, and a knitted fabric can be prepared by adjusting the gauge so that the dough weight is 150-500 g/YD. can

Thereafter, a shrinkage process of shrinking the knitted fabric by immersing it in hot water or a high-temperature organic solvent for a predetermined time may be performed.

As a result of shrinkage, a sense of volume is imparted to the knitted fabric to exhibit a suede effect, and the napped density of the surface of the artificial leather, which is the final product, is increased to improve the appearance quality, and the sensitivity quality of flexibility and soft touch can be improved.

The organic solvent is preferably dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO, Dimethyl Sulfoxide) or dimethylacetamide (DMAc, Dimethyl Acetamide).

In this case, the treatment in hot water or an organic solvent may be performed by retaining the knitted fabric in hot water or solvent at 80° C. or higher for 1 minute or longer.

In the present invention, the shrinkage of the knitted fabric may occur quickly due to the polyester microfiber constituting the interlaced yarn. In particular, by treating the knitted fabric with an organic solvent to shrink it, a high shrinkage rate is achieved in a short time, and the microfiber does not infringe, so that a smooth and soft touch can be exhibited.

Thereafter, an elastic body impregnation process of immersing the knitted fabric in a polyurethane solution to impregnate the knitted fabric with polyurethane to obtain an impregnated fabric may be performed.

It is preferable that the amount of polyurethane impregnated in artificial leather is 2 to 30% by weight. If the impregnation amount is less than 2% by weight, the elasticity of the artificial leather decreases, and if it exceeds 30% by weight, the polyurethane effect is more than the inherent suede effect of the knitted fabric. It is undesirable because a feeling appears and hardens.

Thereafter, the surface of the impregnated fabric is ground using sandpaper to form napping, and artificial leather can be manufactured through dyeing and post-processing.

밀도(g/㎤) = 무게 / (가로 × 세로 × 후도)Density (g/㎤) = weight / (width × length × thickness)

2. Dynamic friction coefficient

Using artificial leather as a sample, it is measured under the conditions of a load of 100 gf and a tensile rate of 500 mm/min using a dynamic friction coefficient measuring device according to ASTM D 1894.

The smaller the coefficient of kinetic friction, the better the smoothness and softness on the surface of the sample.

From Table 1, the nonwoven fabric (Examples 1 and 2) made of interlaced yarns including microfibers having a single yarn fineness of 0.5 denier or less was a nonwoven fabric (Comparative Example 1) by sea-island yarn elution and an interlace including non-fiber having a single yarn fineness of 1 denier. Compared with the nonwoven fabric made of yarn (Comparative Example 3), it was confirmed that the nonwoven fabric according to the present invention provides a more improved appearance quality and a smooth and soft surface in artificial leather since the coefficient of kinetic friction decreased as the density increased.
