Description
The present invention relates to a scaffolding connecting rod for scaffolding, and more specifically, it can be installed in a straight line so that the scaffolding does not overlap, thereby preventing the occurrence of a chin due to the overlapping of the scaffolding, thereby preventing the operator from tripping over the chin or falling. It relates to a scaffolding connecting rod that can pass safely and can eliminate scaffold waste caused by overlapping scaffolding.
In general, a scaffold is a structure that is erected so that a worker can perform an aerial work to the outside in a construction or shipbuilding business.
These scaffolds allow the movement of the worker by installing the scaffolding on the structure in which the crossbar is installed between the vertical support and the support.
In general, when installing scaffolding, it is preferable to continuously install the scaffolding while facing each other. However, in shipbuilding and offshore work, where there is a song depending on the situation at the work site, and places, length, and installation restrictions are applied, the scaffolding is installed by overlapping. case often occurs.
If the scaffolding for the moving passage of the scaffolding is installed as overlapping, there is a problem in that an accident occurs due to a tripping or tripping on the scaffolding when the worker moves, and there is a problem in the waste of scaffolding due to the overlapping installation and difficulty in fixing the scaffolding due to overlapping. .
In order to solve such a problem,
However, in the case of
In addition, even if it is recovered for reuse and stored in a folded state, there is a problem in that the hinge is damaged due to the load of other items on the inclined footrest, or storage is not easy.
Meanwhile, in Korea, various types of scaffolding temporary equipment and installation methods are used for each shipyard, but the contents are compared to well-known overseas standards such as British Standards (BS) and European Standards (EN). It is not a systematic situation, and in particular, the overlapping installation of scaffolding is the greatest problem in terms of worker movement and stability, and is acting as a factor to increase the cost and installation time.
Therefore, in order to eliminate the overlapping scaffold installation, we are looking for a way to secure the safety when moving the worker by improving the fixtures and methods to be replaced, and inevitably, the safety accident of the worker performing the work at height due to the scaffold installed as overlapping on the scaffolding Measures to minimize the
In the case of Patent Document 2, each foot plate is fitted on both sides of the connection socket and is fixed by a connection pin.
However, the connection socket does not firmly hold the footrest or the connecting pin is fastened to the footrest, but rather a rattling or creaking sound is often generated from the connecting pin and the connecting socket when a worker passes, increasing the worker's anxiety. There is a problem being
In addition, since the connecting pin must pass through the footrest and fit, the footrest must also have a connecting hole corresponding to the connecting pin. As it cannot be used, compatibility is reduced, installation time is delayed compared to a simple structure, and connection pins are frequently lost, so there are problems in installation such as using other extensions or jigs.
In order to solve the above problems, the present invention configures a connecting rod that connects both ends of the footrest to each other and secures them to each other so that the footrest does not overlap and can be installed in a straight line to prevent the occurrence of a chin due to the overlapping of the footrest, so that the operator can put the foot on the chin. The purpose of this is to provide a scaffolding connecting rod that can prevent the risk of tripping or falling so that workers can pass safely, increasing the efficiency of scaffold installation and solving the difficulty of overlapping fixing.
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention is a top plate having a predetermined length with a width corresponding to the width of the scaffold so as to cover the upper portion of the scaffold; a lower plate having a predetermined length with a width corresponding to the width of the footrest so as to support the lower portion of the footrest; a plurality of nuts fixedly provided on the central upper surface of the lower plate at intervals along the width direction; It is inserted into the through hole formed in the upper plate corresponding to the nut provided in the lower plate, and comprises a plurality of bolts fastened to the nut, and between the upper plate and the lower plate in a state in which the bolt is partially fastened to the nut. A space portion for inserting the footrest is formed in the space, and after each end of the footrest is inserted through the space portion, the two footrests buttted by firmly fastening the bolts are connected in a straight line. Provides a connector.
Here, on both sides of the upper plate and the lower plate, it is characterized in that the first bent portion and the second bent portion for preventing the foot plate from flowing or departing in the width direction are further formed, respectively.
And, it is characterized in that the bolt between the upper plate and the lower plate is further provided with a spacer spring to widen the distance between the upper plate and the lower plate by pushing the upper plate with an elastic force so that the foot plate can be smoothly inserted into the space portion.
And, around the through hole of the upper plate, it is characterized in that a jamming preventing groove is further formed to prevent the head of the bolt from being exposed by protrusion to the upper part of the upper plate so as not to be caught by the feet of a passing worker.
In addition, the upper plate is characterized in that a confirmation hole through which the degree of insertion of the footrest can be visually confirmed is formed therethrough.
By providing the present invention configured as described above, the following effects are obtained.
First, since the footrests can be installed in a straight line so that they do not overlap, it prevents the occurrence of a chin due to the overlapping of the footrests, thereby preventing the operator from tripping or falling on the chin, so that the operator can safely pass.
Second, there is no risk of loss because there are no previously separated accessories, and the compatibility and field response ability of the scaffolding are excellent because various scaffolding can be connected, and the work efficiency is increased by reducing the installation time compared to the existing ones.

As shown in FIGS. 1 to 4, the
