상기 홀더판(110)의 양측에 상부로 일정길이 연장되어 상기 홀더판(110)이 온수용기에 잠긴 상태로 위치가 고정되게 상기 온수용기(A)의 상단에 고정되는 용기고정손잡이(120)를 포함하며,
상기 홀더판(110)과 상기 용기고정손잡이(120)는 탄성을 갖는 소재로 일체로 형성되고,
상기 홀더판(110)은,
상기 용기고정손잡이(120)와 결합되며 라이스페이퍼(P)의 크기 보다 크게 형성되는 프레임(111)과;
상기 프레임(111)의 내부에 구비되며 온수가 유출입되는 복수개의 유출입공이 형성되며 상면에 라이스페이퍼가 적재되는 홀더망(113)을 포함하고,
상기 용기고정손잡이(120)는,
상기 프레임(111)으로부터 수직하게 일정 높이 형성되는 한 쌍의 프레임결합축(123)과;
