Abstract

The present invention relates to an asymmetric liquid material injection device with an anti-clogging function. In the liquid material injection device for introducing and discharging a liquid material through a nozzle through appearing and disappearing of a dispenser and a piston in a competitive manner, a first inclined surface is formed eccentrically on a nozzle side in an inner space of the dispenser, and a second inclined surface is formed on the piston in response to the first inclined surface. Accordingly, after discharging through the nozzle by the pressure of the piston, the liquid material is easily discharged by own weight along the first inclined surface, and thus, the solidification of the liquid material inside the dispenser can be prevented.

In general, a liquid material discharge device is a device used to quantitatively discharge a liquid material having a medium or high viscosity, and is mainly used for molding, bonding, and sealing operations in various fields such as semiconductors, optical products, and home appliances.

Such a liquid material discharging device typically uses a solenoid valve and an actuator to momentarily open a nozzle to discharge a liquid material, and a motor and a rotor to rotate a rotor in a passage filled with liquid material to transfer the liquid material. It can be divided into a method of discharging the transferred liquid material.

In particular, when some precision is required in fields that require precision such as semiconductors, optical products, and home appliances, the method of discharging the liquid material using a motor and a rotor for continuous quantitative discharge of the liquid material among the above discharge methods is mainly has been used

In general, the liquid material discharging device is filled with a medium or high viscosity liquid material.

The medium viscosity or high viscosity liquid material as described above causes a phenomenon in which particles constituting the liquid material are decomposed during the application operation and the liquid material is solidified, and the solidified liquid material blocks the nozzle of the nozzle for uniform application This is not possible, so the defect rate increases, and the replacement cycle of the dispenser needle is short, resulting in great economic loss.

In addition, the known discharging devices do not have a function of easily detecting the clogging of the nozzle due to the solidification of the liquid material, so that the coating operation is performed in a state where the nozzle is clogged, thereby increasing the defect rate due to non-uniform application. There may be significant economic losses as a result.

Patent Document 1 relates to a liquid mixing and discharging device, the liquid mixing and discharging device comprising: a raw material supply device for supplying two or more liquid raw materials to separate supply paths; One end is a stirrer coupling member coupled to the raw material supply device; a stirrer nozzle having an inlet coupled to the other end of the stirrer coupling member; an inter-nozzle coupling member having an inlet coupled to a discharge port of the agitator nozzle; And the inlet is coupled with the discharge port of the coupling member between the nozzles, and the composition including an application nozzle having a discharge port formed at the end reduces the raw material discarded during the process, reduces the cost by minimizing the replacement parts, and reduces the amount discharged A precise control technique was proposed.

However, Patent Document 1 does not describe a separate configuration for preventing clogging of the nozzle according to the solidification of the filling liquid filled therein, that is, the liquid material.

Therefore, it is possible to detect the clogging of the nozzle during the application of the liquid material, and when the clogging of the nozzle is detected, the solidified liquid material particles blocking the nozzle of the nozzle are easily removed and the nozzle according to the solidification of the filling liquid There is a demand for the development of a liquid material dispensing device having a clogging prevention function that can prevent clogging and reduce the defect rate of the coating operation.

In particular, as shown in FIG. 1, in order to discharge the injection device, it is useful to inject at an angle of 45 degrees in response to the object. becomes this

It provides an asymmetric liquid material injection device having a clogging prevention function, characterized in that it prevents the solidification of the liquid material in the interior.

The nozzle includes a nozzle tip through which the liquid material of the dispenser is discharged by the pressure of the piston; It is characterized in that the coupling tip is formed with a screw thread on the inside and is fastened to another structure and has a double structure.
