Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a barrel in which a plating process is performed on the outer surface of a small part.
In general, plating refers to coating a thin film of another metal component on the surface of the object to be plated, and is mainly performed to prevent corrosion or to polish the surface of the object to be plated. Representative examples of plating include electroplating using electricity and chemical plating using materials such as mercury.
In addition, depending on the machine that performs the plating process on the object to be plated, it can be classified into a rack plating and a barrel plating method. Rack plating, also known as vat plating, refers to a plating process method performed by attaching each object to be plated on a rack and lowering it with a cathode rod. Therefore, the shape and size of the rack are determined according to the object to be plated, and there arises a problem that the maximum number of objects to be plated on the rack is limited.
Since the barrel plating does not use a rack, there is no need for a process of fixing the object to be plated to a specific configuration, and there is an advantage that the plating process can be performed at once by accommodating a plurality of objects to be plated in one barrel.
Korean Patent Publication No. 10-1754677 describes a technique for a plated barrel structure used in the above-described barrel plating method. A barrel including a body, a flange, a driven gear, and an inner rib and a mixing member has a structure that imparts a rotational force to a plated object accommodated therein by rotation of the driven gear.
However, due to the structural characteristics in which the body coupled between the plurality of driven gears is integrally formed, there may be a disadvantage that the entire configuration must be replaced when a minute defect occurs in the body.
An object of the present invention is to improve the easiness of repairing defects of a barrel that is subjected to a plating process on the outer surface of a small part.
The present invention relates to a rotating barrel for plating for solving the problems of the prior inventions.

1 is an exploded perspective view showing the present invention. As shown in FIG. 1, the present invention is a barrel that is immersed in a water tank containing a plating solution and performs a plating process on the outer surface of the object to be plated contained therein. As a separate power means for rotating the present invention is disposed in the tank in which the plating liquid is accommodated, the present invention rotates at a constant speed to periodically rotate a plurality of objects to be plated in the present invention. That is, by imparting an effect of constantly vibrating a plurality of objects to be plated, which are somewhat agglomerated, overall efficiency of the plating process is improved.

In addition, as the opening and closing
4 is a cross-sectional view illustrating a coupling relationship between the
At this time, the
In addition, the
