도 2는, 서로 다른 가수분해도를 갖는 PVA로 전기방사하여 제조된 나노 섬유의 SEM 사진이다.

Claims (13)
- 복수의 전극들을 포함하는 기판; 및
다공성 매트릭스 층;을 포함하고,
상기 다공성 매트릭스 층은, 글루코스 옥시다제가 코팅된 폴리비닐알콜(Polyvinyl alcohol; PVA)/폴리아크릴산(Poly(acrylic acid; PAA) 나노 섬유를 포함하며, 상기 나노 섬유의 PVA 및 PAA몰 비가 2:3 내지 3:2인 것 인, 글루코스 측정을 위한 바이오센서.
- 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 글루코스 옥시다제가 코팅된 나노 섬유의 직경은 400 내지 600 nm인, 바이오센서.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 다공성 매트릭스 층은, 시료를 투입되기 전과 시료를 투입한 후의 공극 직경이 2.5 내지 5.0 ㎛ 로 유지되는 것인, 바이오센서.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 다공성 매트릭스 층의 두께는 10 내지 30 ㎛인, 바이오센서.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 바이오센서는, 35% 내지 60%의 헤마토크릿의 레벨의 환경에서 측정한 글루코스 농도가 오차범위 5% 이내에서 일정하게 측정되는 것인, 바이오센서.
- 제6항에 있어서,
상기 바이오센서에서 오차범위 5% 이내에서 일정하게 측정되는 글루코스 농도는, 37.1 mg/dL 내지 544.7 mg/dL인, 바이오센서.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 바이오센서는, 상기 다공성 매트릭스에 시료가 투입된 시점으로부터 1 내지 3초에 글루코스 농도가 측정되는 것인, 바이오센서.
- 복수의 전극들을 포함하는 기판을 준비하는 단계;
폴리비닐알콜(Polyvinyl alcohol; PVA) 및 폴리아크릴산(Poly(acrylic acid; PAA)의 몰 비가 2:3 내지 3:2인 친수성 고분자 용액을 준비하는 단계;
상기 친수성 고분자 용액을 상기 기판 상에 전기 방사하여, 나노 섬유로 이루어진 다공성 매트릭스를 제조하는 단계;
상기 다공성 매트릭스를 열처리하는 단계; 및
상기 다공성 매트릭스를 글루코스 옥시다제로 코팅하는 단계;를 포함하는, 글루코스 측정을 위한 바이오센서 제조방법.

- 제9항에 있어서,
상기 친수성 고분자 용액을 상기 기판 상에 전기 방사하는 단계는,
상기 친수성 고분자 용액의 농도가, 8 내지 20 wt% 이고,
상기 전기 방사의 전압이 1 내지 80kV이고,
방사속도는 5 내지 30 ml/hr 이고, 및
방사 거리가 10 내지 30 cm 인, 바이오센서 제조방법.
- 제9항에 있어서,
상기 나노 섬유로 이루어진 다공성 매트릭스를 글루코스 옥시다제로 코팅하는 단계는,
스크린포충법, 거품함침법, 스프레이법, 또는 디스펜싱법을 사용하여 수행되는 것인, 바이오센서 제조방법.
- 제9항에 있어서,
상기 다공성 매트릭스 층은, 시료를 투입되기 전과 시료를 투입한 후의 공극 직경이 2.5 내지 5.0 ㎛ 로 유지되는 것인, 바이오센서 제조방법.
