지면에 상향 돌출되게 매립 설치된 고정볼트(50)가 끼워지는 복수개의 고정공(12)이 등간격으로 형성된 고정판(11)과, 상기 고정판(11)의 상면 중앙에 상향 돌출되게 형성되되, 하부는 넓고 상부로 향할수록 점점 작아지는 사각뿔 형상으로 형성된 하부지주(13)와, 상기 하부지주(13)의 상면 중앙에 상향 돌출되게 형성된 원 뿔 형상의 하부 끼움돌기(14)로 이루어진 베이스(10);
상기 베이스(10)의 상부에 설치되게 하부는 넓고 상부로 향할수록 점점 작아지는 사각 뿔 형상으로 형성되되, 저면은 베이스(10)의 상면과 동일한 크기로 형성된 연결지주(21)와, 상기 하부 끼움돌기(14)가 삽입되게 연결지주(21)의 저면에 형성된 원 뿔 형상의 연결홈(22)과, 상기 연결지주(21)의 상면에 형성된 연결돌기(23)로 이루어진 복수개의 연결부재(20);
