Claims (5)
- 전기모터(10)와;
상기 전기모터(10)에 연결되고, 상기 전기모터(10)에 전원을 공급하거나 상기 전기모터(10)에서 발생된 전기를 공급받아 충전하는 배터리(20)와;
상기 전기모터(10)와 상기 배터리(20) 사이에 연결되고, 펄스폭변조 신호를 입력받아 상기 배터리(20)에 충전된 전기를 상기 전기모터(10)에 공급하여 상기 전기모터(10)를 구동시키는 회전구동부(30)와;
상기 전기모터(10)와 상기 배터리(20) 사이에 연결되고, 펄스폭변조 신호를 입력받아 상기 전기모터(10)의 감속에 의해 발생된 전기를 상기 배터리(20)에 공급하여 상기 배터리(20)를 충전시키는 회생제동부(40)와;
상기 전기모터(10)와 상기 배터리(20) 사이에 연결되고, 회생 제동 시에 상기 회생제동부(40)의 펄스폭변조 신호의 온타임과 오프타임에 반대로 동조하는 펄스폭변조 신호를 입력받아 상기 회생제동부(40)의 펄스폭변조 신호의 오프타임 시에 회수되지 못하는 상기 전기모터(10)에서 생성된 전기를 회수하여 상기 배터리(20)를 충전시키는 상시회생제동부(50)와;
상기 회전구동부(30)와 회생제동부(40) 및 상시회생제동부(50)에 연결되고, 상기 회전구동부(30)와 회생제동부(40) 및 상시회생제동부(50)에 각각 펄스폭변조 신호를 입력하여 회생 제동 시에 상기 전기모터(10)에서 생성된 전기를 중단 없이 연속적으로 회수할 수 있도록 제어하는 컨트롤러(60)를; 포함하고,
상기 컨트롤러(60)는,
전기자동차의 전자제어유닛으로부터 입력되는 전기자동차의 속도정보, 가속정보, 전류정보 및 제동정보 중의 어느 하나 또는 둘 이상의 정보를 분석하여 전기자동차의 속도가 강제적으로 감소되는 동안에 상기 상시회생제동부(50)를 활성화시키도록 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기자동차용 회생 제동 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 컨트롤러(60)는,
상기 전기모터(10)의 회전속도가 미리 설정된 기준속도보다 높을 때 상기 상시회생제동부(50)를 활성화시키도록 제어하고,
상기 상시회생제동부(50)가 활성화된 후에 상기 전기모터(10)의 회전속도가 기준속도와 같아질 때까지 상기 상시회생제동부(50)의 활성화를 지속시키도록 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기자동차용 회생 제동 시스템.
- 제2항에 있어서,
상기 컨트롤러(60)는,
상기 전기모터(10)의 회전속도가 기준속도보다 큰 경우에 기준속도의 크기에 반비례하여 상기 전기모터(10)를 통해 회수되는 회생 제동의 총량이 낮아지도록 조절할 수 있도록 펄스폭변조 신호를 입력하는 회생제동 조절부(61)를,
더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기자동차용 회생 제동 시스템.
- 제2항에 있어서,
상기 컨트롤러(60)에 설정되는 기준속도는,
상기 배터리(20)에서 상기 전기모터(10)로 공급되는 평균 전압에 의해 발생되는 상기 전기모터(10)의 회전속도인 것을 특징으로 하는 전기자동차용 회생 제동 시스템.
