Description

수성겔 팩 제조방법{AQUEOUS GALL PACK MANUFACTURING METHOD}Aqueous gel pack manufacturing method {AQUEOUS GALL PACK MANUFACTURING METHOD}

The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a water-based gel pack, and in particular, in a state in which the water-based gel is applied to a film, a water-repellent coated fabric is laminated, cooled, cut, and then stacked, aged, and rolled to be prepared.

In general, for facial beauty, it is common to cut fruit or vegetables into thin slices or apply juice directly to the face.In most cases, users may experience discomfort, such as taking time to prepare the ingredients, and by placing or applying the pack material directly on the face skin. While doing the face pack, there was a discomfort of being limited in movement, such as having to keep lying down all the time.

The mud pack is cumbersome to prepare the mud powder in water, and there is a problem that the user must apply it to the skin of the face one by one, and there is a problem that other effects can not be expected other than that it simply softens the facial skin surface. .

The loess in the loess poultice pack is equipped with far-infrared germanium as the main component, and catalase, diphenol, oxidase, sacarase, and protease, which are sub-components. A spoonful of loess contains 200 million microorganisms and 220 kinds of microorganisms. It discharges harmful wastes by promoting metabolism, and can obtain effective cosmetic effects on rough and poorly made-up facial skin as well as fine wrinkles, acne, and pores.

On the other hand, a poultice pack using loess liquid of Public Utility Model Publication No. 2000-0010759 (Jun 26, 2000) was proposed. It is a mixture of elvan stone, glycerin, water, etc. to inject a gel-like loess liquid. Since the contents are liquid, it is inconvenient to handle during the manufacturing process, and the cover is made of vinyl, so that the heated temperature is kept constant when used. Although it has the effect of causing the pack to be heated, there is a problem in that it gives an unpleasant feeling due to the rubber odor peculiar to vinyl products.

As a way to solve this problem, a method of manufacturing a beauty pack impregnated with loess powder of Unexamined Patent Publication No. 10-2006-0030564 (2006.04.11) and a beauty pack thereof have been proposed. Simplification of the method induces cost reduction of the cosmetic pack, and by impregnating the cosmetic pack with loess powder so that the impregnated loess powder is absorbed into the face as it is, activation of cells and promotion of blood circulation along with the far-infrared effect emitted from the loess powder. Although the effect of promoting metabolism and constricting pores has been obtained, water and a sprayer are prepared in advance because it is necessary to spray water on the surface of the residence using a sprayer and then attach it to the surface of the face in a moist state. There was a discomfort to be done.

In addition, there is a problem in that productivity is lowered as it takes a process of preparing gauze with mouth, nose, and eye holes in the gauze in advance, and impregnating the prepared gauze with loess powder.
