상기 결과와 같이, 실시예 1과 실시예 2 및 비교예 3의 경우 균이 검출되지 않았으며, 비교예 2와 비교예 4 및 비교예 5의 경우 소량의 균이 잔존하는 것을 확인하였다. 이는 증숙 과정을 거치며 총페놀 함량이 증대되었기 때문에 강력한 항균효과를 나타내어 균이 제거된 것으로 판단된다. 비교예 5의 경우 가장 높은 온도에서 증숙을 진행함에 따라 오히려 유효성분의 손실이 발생하여 함유량이 낮아지고 이에 따라 항균효과도 저하된 것으로 판단된다. 결과를 토대로 탄닝전처리단계에서 죽초액의 첨가량은 15~20 중량% 범위가 균을 제거하기 위해 바람직하다.As shown above, in the case of Example 1, Example 2, and Comparative Example 3, no bacteria were detected, and in the case of Comparative Example 2, Comparative Example 4, and Comparative Example 5, it was confirmed that a small amount of bacteria remained. 상기 숙성 죽초액 제조단계를 통하여 소취효과가 강화되었는지 확인하기 위하여 제조방법이 다른 숙성 죽초액으로 탄닝전처리한 천연가죽(실시예 3, 실시예 4, 비교예 1, 비교예 6, 비교예 7, 비교예 8, 비교예 9)를 준비하고, 블라인드 테스트를 실시하여 비교하였다. 평가내용은 최저 1점, 최고 10점 척도법으로 평가하도록 하였고, 총 20명의 패널들에게 관능평가 방법과 평가 특성에 대하여 충분히 훈련한 후에 평가를 진행하였다. 그 결과를 하기 표 2에 나타내었다.In order to confirm whether the deodorizing effect was enhanced through the manufacturing step of the aged bamboo vinegar liquid, natural leather pre-tanning with aged bamboo vinegar liquid with different manufacturing methods (Example 3, Example 4, Comparative Example 1, Comparative Example 6, Comparative Example 7, Comparative Example 8, Comparative Example 9) was prepared, and a blind test was performed to compare. 상기 결과와 같이, 비교예 1과 비교예 6의 경우 패널들로부터 불쾌한 냄새가 난다는 평가와 함께 펠렛을 만진 후 손에 냄새가 남아있다는 평가를 받았고 낮은 점수를 나타내었다. 비교예 7의 경우 훈연시간이 짧아 사포닌 열분해가 충분히 이루어지지 못해 소취효과가 미미한 것으로 판단된다. 반면에 이 발명에 따라 제조된 실시예들과 훈연시간이 긴 비교예 8 및 비교예 9에서는 불쾌한 냄새를 느낄 수 없었다는 평가를 받았다. 하지만 비교예 8 및 비교예 9의 경우 벤조피렌의 검출량이 기준치를 초과하였다. 따라서 이 발명의 훈연단계 조건을 사용하여 안전하며 천연가죽 냄새를 제거하는데 가장 바람직한 전처리 용액을 제조할 수 있다.As shown above, in the case of Comparative Example 1 and Comparative Example 6, the panel evaluated that an unpleasant odor occurred and that the odor remained in the hand after touching the pellet, and a low score was displayed.
